Armando was here today to do the 6-month service on our system and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He seemed to enjoy his work and it was a real pleasure to have him do our service. He is a great reflection on your company!

The air conditioning unit in our home had done well and was the original unit that came with the home. 2 owners and 23 years later, the unit finally gave out. In GA, the middle of May is not the best time for a unit to go dead either. I had heard great things about Jeff and his team from North Point from friends of ours so I made the call to have them come see what the problem was. When Jeff arrived, he thoroughly checked the unit and ran tests to confirm that the unit was dead. Great customer service and answered all of my questions. We got a quote on a few different options and told Jeff we would touch base with him when we made our decision. Turns out we had more questions about the different units and Jeff gladly took 2-3 calls that we placed to him. Once again very helpful. Once we made our decision, Jeff was able to get us in first thing the next day which was a relief for me seeing as we hadn't had air in 2-3 days. His team arrived the next morning right on schedule and introduced themselves to me while offering a firm handshake. I bring this up because you don't see this much anymore from alot of people. After a few hours the system was in place and we were happy and cool again. Thanks Jeff and North Point for your professionalism, expertise, and customer service!!!

Awesome customer service in NorthPoint! I didn't want more time to go by without me expressing how amazed I was with our technician. My family wanted a second opinion on our AC, with a company we could trust (not a company that would cheat us from our money). Our technician name was Armando. He took his time to introduce himself to us, which normally technicians go straight to the job. He explained everything to us with details & showed us exactly where the problems where. Armando, demonstrate his skills perfectly. We will surely ask for Armando again. I won't hesitate to recommend North Point to my friends and family as a trustworthy HVAC company.

I want to write a big THANK YOU to Tony and Steve who replaced our Furnace on 7/20/2021. Our nearly 30 year old blower gave out loudly in the middle of the night and we were without a/c in half of our house in the middle of the summer. My A/C went out, and I had travel plans. Northpoint came out the same day I called, and replaced my A/C within 48 hours. Everyone at Northpoint was very professional and provided exceptional customer service. They were so kind and accommodating!!! I've already recommended them to a neighbor!!
