I had this company install my system 10 years ago, as well as a couple service calls. Every time it was a guy that seemed very knowledgable and trustworthy. After dealing with multiple HVAC companies in the past, I can confidently say this is an excellent, trustworthy company, with above average techs working for them

It was my pleasure and honor to work with Jeff. His customer service, passion for his trade, and dedication in making sure that myself and my husband was informed on the equipment was impressive.

My house is cooling off as we speak. It is so fantastically glorious. For the past 3 nights the cat, hubs and I have all been sleeping on the couch in the den because it was the coolest room at 82 degrees. Tonight we will be able to actually sleep in our own beds. In case anyone wants the logical breakdown of the visit:
We have a 3 story home running off a 14 year old single unit. Four days ago no air was reaching the upstairs - at all. Most companies probably would have told us tough luck until you buy a new unit or two. Not so with Armando. He filled up the old unit with freon and replaced the stripped wiring. He also went the extra mile to explain the rates of freon, future expectations for our unit, maintenance etc. Needless to say, my husband and I will be calling North Point HVAC in the next week or two to revamp all our HVAC needs ... but for now we are cooling off.

David did a fantastic job on extending my condensation drain recently and they installed my AC unit several years ago. The quality of their workmanship and customer service always exceeds my expectations!

I called their office yesterday morning to ask them to come service my non-functioning A/C. The gentleman I spoke to asked if they had previously serviced my A/C. I replied "no". He then said he needed to go through his other morning calls and get back to me. So far, no response to my call. BTW, the Moncrief repairman (whom I called late yesterday afternoon) just left after restoring my A/C service. Next time, I'm calling Moncrief first.

I was having problems arranging my service calls due to my schedule. I had to call and change appointments. Carol is always very accommodating working with a customer like me who is difficult to work with at times. Your technician Armondo ? spelling is equally great to work with. Great attitude and effective small business customer service.

I've used NP Heating and Air for too many years to count. They always provide top-notch service. Over the years, they've nursed some old units along and eventually replaced those units. This last visit was for maintenance.
