North Point Heating and Air Conditioning

I contacted Northpoint HVAC due to not having heat on one level of my house. They were quick to make arrangements for someone to evaluate the unit. The service tech, Dedric Garland came out late on a Saturday night - took his time to figure out what the issue was and explained what was needed in detail. Parts were ordered and another tech, Tony Kopko returned to install the parts and get the unit up and running. I found both guys to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Staff has always been top notch. Highly recommend Northpoint HVAC.

I started working with Northpoint heating and air when my heat stopped working. They were great about working me into their schedule last minute. They fixed the problem, and now I'm utilizing their preventative maintenance plan to ensure my heating and air run smoothly every year! Thanks Tony for all the help!

We have used North Point Heating and Air for many years. We recently had them replace our upstairs unit. It was an old unit and they told us to be prepared to replace. It was beginning to fail and they quoted a good price and replaced it within two days. They showed up on time and finished on time. Very trustworthy and professional.

By the point we came to North Point HVAC, we had already dealt with two other companies trying to fix our evaporator coil while using our home warranty and Lennox warranty. We had a very bad experience with the first company, and the second company was both frustrating and too expensive. We then found North Point HVAC and it was really a pleasure working with them. They were able to work with both warranties, come out very quickly, and did a great job with installation. Their prices were very reasonable/fair and the two service men, David and Alfredo, were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond. We will definitely be using this company again.

Northpoint was a great company but now they’re owned by casteel. Do not use this company!! their customer service is *terrible* the people are extremely rude, they don’t come when they say they’re going to come when they do come they don’t fix anything and then reschedule another time to come out we’ve had somebody at our house four different times for a unit that’s not even a year old and this company is too incompetent to fix it, go with a small business owner who actually cares about their customers…we need another unit replaced and we will not be using casteel

North Point Heating and Air was available to service our HVAC with very little notice. They were professional, prompt and polite. Highly recommend! We’ve decided to enroll in their semi-annual service program. Great value and phenomenal service!

We have used North Point for years and always received great service at a good price. They respond to problems quickly and treat us like family.
I recently had a structural repair in my crawlspace and needed advice on how to remove a section of return pipe. I asked for Jeff to call me, which he did on his day off. He gave me his advice which helped me complete the project that day.
I cannot stress any stronger how pleased I am with North Point Heating & Air. Great people - great service.

We have known Jeff for about 8 years, and he and any other technician that has come to do a service call on our A/C units or furnaces are thorough and professional. We were told our basement furnace is in need of replacing, but there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. Additionally, Jeff stayed and we chatted about our families for a few minutes. He knows how to build his customer base by creating personal relationships!

Mr. Jeff and his crew are amazing! Very knowledgeable & hardworking. After many let downs from other companies, I was suggested to give North Point a try & they have been my HVAC guys for 12 years now.

I have used several HVAC companies over the last 25 years. Some good some highly unscrupulous! NorthPoint Heating and Air is the BEST YET! From Carol, who works in the office (let’s be honest the office runs the show!) to Jeff who manages things to each technician - our experience has been superb. Honorable and honest, speedy and efficient, knowledgeable. We will be customers for a long time!
