My units were 20 years old and I decided during a very hot summer in Atlanta that I would replace my AC and furnace before they both failed. I am a very thorough person and like to do my homework before a major purchase so of course I solicited 3 quotes for my new AC unit and furnace, 2 of which were from major HVAC companies. I didn't expect it but North Point Heating & AC blew me away. They are honest, reliable and and I truly felt they recommended the best options for my home at a competitive price. The day of the install, all the technicians were prompt and went right to work. Jeff, the managing owner that took over for his Dad, came to check all the work before the crew had finished. In about 5 hours both my AC unit and furnace had been replaced. I have had my new units for almost a month and am very pleased with the results. The AC unit is cooling my home much more efficiently and I am looking forward to the winter months with the new furnace. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

By far and without doubt, the most honest businessman you can find. Evaluated our HVAC system on a Saturday, troubleshot the unit, questioned another company’s recommendation to replace, came back on Monday to finish the job. Rather than quoting a replacement — my original request — fixed the unit for less than the “service call” from the competitor. Amazing service.

Awesome service for a first-time customer. Recommended by my sister, they sent out Jeremiah within two hours of my call for the AC not working in the house I just moved into. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and completely on his own, checked to see if the part was covered under warranty--and it was! Can't beat speedy, efficient, and thoughtful service when you're AC is out. Very impressed.

I would highly recommend North Point, people you can trust. I had always used one of those big contractors who advertise a lot. They came out to look at our furnace and offered an expensive repair (replace an expensive component) but recommended replacing the whole thing. Something just did not seem right. I called North Point for a second opinion and they fixed it for a fraction of cost. They have my business from now on.

North Point HVAC is a great company to work with. Most recently I was out of town when our AC stopped working, and they sent someone to fix it the same day. They're reliable and fairly priced, hard to find these days!

I really enjoyed working with North Point. I had two AC units original with the house and started to fail over the last couple of years. I had a few other company's out for quotes & they all said I had to replace them. But when North Point came out they were able to perform some simple and inexpensive repairs.
