Ken and Antonio were both very knowledgeable and professional. Both made sure we were satisfied and that they had answered any questions we had before they left. Communication from the office to let us know about scheduling was some of the best we have ever experienced. We are glad to have a trusted service company for any future needs.

Have used Air Control for years and recently found out they had been sold, definitely a difference. A recent repair was needed due to an item not completed correctly on the normal maintenance PM. The same exact issue was occuring prior to the PM visit and the tech even commented about not being able to access the drain line for cleaning, the same drain Air Control had installed when they installed the unit. Had to pay for a service call to get the drain actually cleaned, plan to fix the access issue myself for future cleanings to avoid the issue. Will have to see how future service work goes.

Annual mtn fee went up quite a bit, but still worth it. Tech replaced capacitor in one unit which he found to be near failure.
