Georgia Air Conditioning & Heating Repair

Wow.. talk about service. My AC went out on Saturday morning and we were having family coming in to stay with us for the weekend. I called Georgia Air and their techs were all on current jobs and couldn’t get to me right away. I then received a call from the owner, Chad Bird, and he came out and saved the day within the hour. I have never had HVAC service that good…ever. Not only were they responsive and extremely knowledgeable, their pricing was more than fair for a weekend call. They have won my future business, no need to look anywhere else. Thanks again Chad and the Georgia Air team! Well Done!

The experience was great from working with Chad to find the right unit for our home to the installation team. They were so polite, professional, and very quick! My wife was sleeping with our baby and dogs and didn’t even know they were here!

Brandan arrived early and was very professional. He explained HVAC system components, answered my questions, and completed a recommended repair during his maintenance visit.

AVOID THIS COMPANY at all cost!! I wasted $7000!! I HAVE BLACK MOLD SPORES GROWING INSIDE MY UNIT!! This unit is only three years old. I just have to agree with the other 1 star reviews. I have had one issue after the other with this company. They do not stand behind their work and/or repairs. And when there are issues with them, they respond in a very rude and unprofessional way. The Latest and LAST issue with them, BLACK MOLD INSIDE MY UNIT. And a defective thermostat. The owner does not know how to run a business. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Shortly after buying our home, our Air Conditioning went out. Chad and Amanda were extremely helpful in letting us know our options and getting a new system for us! We received a few quotes from other local companies and no one was able to beat their price! They’re extremely knowledgeable and professional! We will now always use them and I highly recommend them!

Nick came out to help us with our AC unit and he was quick to get there, very efficient and explained the problem in an easy to understand manner. Really friendly guy. Will definitely continue to us Georgia Air and request Nick in the future.

From my initial phone call to the end of today's service call everyone at Georgia Air Specialists was fabulous. Shelby, who took my call, was friendly, helpful, and efficient (even though I called at 9pm). Chad arrived on time and was extremely polite, professional and helpful. He was able to get our system going again quickly with a temporary fix and offered solutions for the final fix. Thanks to Chad and Georgia Air Specialists we won't spend another night roasting away in the Georgia heat. 👍👍

Chad is amazing! He was able to diagnose and repair my AC system very quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great customer service skills.
