Georgia Air Conditioning & Heating Repair

I was looking for a second opinion regarding a repair I was told I needed. Nick was knowledgeable, and very professional. I recommend Georgia Air for all your HVAC needs.

Awesome job. I like the technician who came and helped us out. It was a maintenance check for the winter. He did a very thorough job on our unit and told us everything we needed to know. Will keep you guys on speed dial for all my AC needs.

Wow. I would 100% recommend Georgia Air. We used Polar Air in the past and this last time we were left hanging, I saw one of Georgia air’s trucks in the neighborhood and decided to call them. The response was immediate and got on the schedule for the next day (today) it took Brandan an hour and a half to find the problem and fix it! Something that the other company was taking 2 weeks to do. He explained everything, why and what was happening and went on to do his job, very nice and professional. The communication was very important to me, something the other company didn’t do, and the exceeded the expectations, I received a text confirming my appointment, and when Brendan was on his way including his picture so I knew who to expect. The price was a lot less than what the other company was charging us too!

Nick is great! After reviewing my filter, rather than having me pay for an unnecessary new filter, he said that because I keep my house so clean, it doesn't need replacing. Most places push sales, items are only sold when necessary with Ga Air! Highly recommend them!

I’ve have dealt with HVAC Companies for some years now and I must say, Georgia Air is definitely hands down the go to HVAC Company. Had to replace 4 HVAC systems this year and Georgia Air was there every step of the way when I needed them the most. From the technicians Branden and Nick who inspected and was very thorough explaining the problems to Mr Chad sitting down and explaining our options which HVAC systems we could go with and finally the installers Brandon and Blake. The company is very organized and very trustworthy. Responsiveness was awesome. Don’t have to wait like a week or so. You get a message on your phone who the technician is coming with his/her picture for safety aspect. If the only option was to replace a HVAC system, they would go out of their way and take initiative to make you feel comfortable by lending you portable ACs. If I had any questions, their friendly administrative assistant was there to answer any questions that I have. Overall, their expertise and professionalism are the highest caliber of any company I’ve dealt with in my life. Thank you so much for going above and beyond from saving us this year. Everyone at Georgia Air is top notch! Could not ask for a better team of technicians or company. Today we saw Nick. He did a thorough diagnostic, explained everything, gave us options, called in to verify, and fixed the problem on the spot. Our upstairs AC unit is back up and running, thank goodness 🙌 Thank you to Nick and the rest of the team at Georgia Air! 5 stars to Georgia Air ⭐️

I call Georgia Air and they had someone at my house in less than 15 minutes. They fixed my AC unit leak and installed a piece to prevent it from happening again. Branden was very nice and polite while working in my home.

Brandon was professional, straight forward, but personable. His knowledge of the
problem and clear explanation of the remedy was top notch... Very pleased with the service I received... Will definitely call again if I need to... (kinda hope I don't, lol)
