Nick was on time and very friendly. He took our concerns seriously and helped us figure out an issue we had going on with our system. He let us know we have a roofing issue, but still did maintenance and cleaning on our system while he was here which was much appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

My technician Brandan was so awesome. My infant was sleeping and he went out of his way to not wake her while working. Excellent customer service.

Mr. Chad was a very professional to the extent of leaving his shoes at the front door 😉. I came home after work to find my house very warm! After trying a few things myself to see if I could get it working again (with no luck) I ended up calling Georgia Air at about 9pm, and they answered! Honestly didn’t expect that, but took my shot anyway and thank goodness I did! Nick came out first thing the next morning and he arrived right on time and had me up and running within an hour. Everyone I’ve spoken to at Georgia Air has been so incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel I can trust what they tell me and that’s a great feeling considering I don’t often get that feeling with people these days. I began using Georgia Air Specialists a little over a year ago. All of my experiences have been great. My technician Nick is as good as it gets. Nick always does thorough work and always gives me several options to help me get the repairs and maintenance I need. The call center is very friendly and helpful too. Service like Georgia Air Specialists provide is hard to find these days. If you want to take the stress out of maintaining your HVAC system, use Georgia Air Specialists. I highly recommend them.

Two years ago I had Georgia Air Specialists replace my AC when it went out in August. They were fast to respond and the quality of their work was exceptional! They wanted to make sure I was happy and the job was done right, even if it meant coming back out after installment. I highly highly recommend them for regular service and unit replacements. Every employee I’ve met has been personable, professional, and takes pride in his work.

Brandan showed up and quickly diagnosed my issue. Originally called a bunch of HVAC companies and non had availability for 2-3 days out and I have a 1 year old girl so I definitely couldn’t wait that long. So big shoutout to Georgia Air for squeezing me in their schedule and got my AC back up and running
