I'd highly recommend this company to anyone in the Savannah area. Last fall (2019) I needed emergency service. I searched Google and read many reviews for other companies in the area - Georgia Air Specialists were the 3rd company I researched. The Google reviews spoke volumes to me and they were the 1st company I called. They are incredibly professional and not pushy up sellers. If you need AC service call them to get fair, professional service with reasonable rates. And they show up on time!

We had a broken PTAC air conditioning until in our house in May and Nick came out to diagnose it. He couldn't help with that one but his demeanor and professionalism sealed the deal for if we ever needed central AC work. Today was the day. Our AC was freezing up due to an old faulty whole-house air filter install and lack of maintenance on the return filters (my fault and he didn't even make me feel bad - we've only owned the house 6 months). He gave us great advice to take care of what we could ourselves and offered us the brochure on their regular service contract with lots of information and no pressure.

Nick is thorough, friendly, keeps an eye out for the cats when he has to come in and out, and treated me like a friend. He earned our business in the Spring when he was so great even when he couldn't help us. Today he earned our future business by being the courteous professional that he is. Great company, very professional and responsive. New AC unit is working great and the services provided are highly recommended. They were very thorough with all the information and explanation on different units available with recommendations but not pushing the higher more expensive units either. Again, great company to do business with!

Our Central Air Conditioning broke down in the middle of the night on a Hot, Humid, Tuesday during a mid-May weather in Savannah, GA. It didn't help that we live on the 3rd Floor as the temperature quickly rose above 86 degrees F by noon that same day. By Thursday, our new system was fully installed and operational.
Chad was able to squeeze us in his busy schedule and quickly discovered the discrepancy with our antiquated system. His crew was able to install an Entirely New Central Air Conditioning System in record time. The company's entire crew were very professional, respectful, and accommodating of special needs and programming requirements we've requested of them.
Overall, we are very well pleased with the expedient service and professionalism that Georgia Air Specialist and its staff and technical crew exhibited during the entire experience with this Company.

May 2019, I stand by my last post and after having six different AC companies give me estimates . I chose GA Air Specialists again for the AC replacement/ install in my home. Chads workers Jason and James were very friendly and professional. The Job was done right and on time. Chad followed up as he said he would and made sure everything was as it was supposed to be. I feel we have built a relationship with this mans company that I can trust. I recommend you give them the chance to serve you.

Another well known company checked our AC units, which stopped working in the middle of the summer! They spent 20 minutes and only looked at one unit?? I was told the units were done and he could schedule someone to come out and replace them. It all happened so fast!!! Then I called Georgia Air Specialists and Chad Bird came to our home the same day. He looked at everything and told us we did needed new units. He talked about options if we chose not to replace them and mentioned different types of units if we chose to purchase new ones. He left and wrote up a very detailed recommendation and sent it to us to think about. We went with his recommendation and are so thrilled we listened to Chad!! He is very honest, did the work on time, and our house was clean when they left. We save $$ every month and know our units will last a long time!!! I will ALWAYS recommend Georgia Air Specialists to everyone!!! They are amazing!!! Thank you Chad!! 😊
