I truly felt like he cared about fixing this as much as I did! He found the problem and now my AC is working perfectly. Great service and response time. I've used this business several times for minor issues at multiple properties and always received top tier service. So when it came time to get new AC unit for my primary home. I had to at least get quote from them out of respect. After having several visits from other installers. Not only did Georgia Air come in the best on pricing and product options. I thoroughly believe I wouldn't of received a better installation and product from anyone else but Georgia Air. I have zero regrets using them and highly suggest you speak with them no matter what especially when considering new AC unit. Chad was very informative on all the different options they could offer me as well as offer multiple options on products to make you feel 100% sure with your decision.

Brandan showed up early for our appointment, which was gladly welcomed. He immediately went to work and diagnosed the issue. He was honest with what the problem was and how much the cost would be to fixe. After that he went to work and got our system up and running to combat this horrendous heat. We are very satisfied with the service from today.

After being quoted a$2700 repair bill from another company that was only 90% sure of the problem, I called Georgia Air for a second opinion. Nick with Georgia Air did a very thorough inspection a found the correct problem. Needless to say I did not have to pay $2700. The price was fair, I purchased the service contract and learned a lot more about my system. Nick was very professional, friendly and knowledgable.

Georgia Air is the go to business for any heating/cooling issues. The technician, Brandan, arrived early and immediately took to diagnosing the problem with the utmost competence. He was vital to resolving the issue in a timely manner, allowing my family to enjoy a nice cool evening during the heat of the south Georgia Summer. Georgia Air and their workforce are easily the best in the Southeast and should be considered above all else.
