Georgia Air came through and did an excellent job we had been without AC upstairs for 10 days and after trying to work it out with our warranty company to no avail Georgia Air had a new system installed in a matter of days from the time we contacted them. From the administration department(Nisha is great) to install specialist Chad and the technicians we could not be happier.

Amazingly fast, efficient, and professional! My AC suddenly stopped working so I called Georgia Air Repair, left a message, and they called me back pretty quickly to schedule an appointment the same day. They provided great communication before, during, and after service. Chad Bird was very friendly, talked me through everything that he checked and fixed, and wore foot coverings while in the house. In under an hour, Chad found that my outdoor fan was running backwards due to a faulty relay, replaced it, and now my indoor temperature is back to normal! I highly recommend this company and will be using their services in the future! Thank you, Chad and Georgia Air Repair!
