Another great experience with Georgia Air! Necia is always so friendly to talk with and Brandan always works hard to ensure we are aware of everything going on with our system. He is thorough and informative and we trust his guidance. Also, he’s personable and great with the kids! They enjoy being his shadow.

This company clearly does not do a proper check of warranties. We were quoted $1100 for parts and labor. Contacted another company and they told us the warranty is still in effect and quoted us $500. Double check everything before using this company.

The technician was great. Very professional and kind demeanor.

The warranty has been verified by my husband and the company again. If you are the original purchaser of the equipment it is 10 years. Whether it be lack of communication, or inattentiveness to detail… this was an oversight that could have cost us $700 unnecessarily.

Brandan does an awesome job each time he does the service on our unit. He pays attention to detail. He is very professional and at the same time is personal with us about how our unit works. He not only answers our questions but shows us, if need be, how our unit needs to be programmed to run efficiently. Necia, in scheduling, is always proactive in setting up our appointments. We never have to call. She is great! Completely satisfied with Georgia Air.

They just installed a HVAC system in my home, and it and excellent experience, the salesman was great, polite, professional, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The installers were great, polite, professional, on time, they cleaned everything after they were done. Based on my experience I highly recommend Georgia Air Conditioning & Heating.

Awesome experience with Georgia Air. Scheduling was easy and they worked to accommodate our busy schedules, and Nick was fantastic when he arrived. He helped ensure our system was running well and made a few recommendations to support our needs. I definitely recommend for future HVAC services.

The staff at Georgia Air are the best around! Nick is always on time and extremely helpful in explaining what is happening with my AC unit. My experience with Georgia Air has been fantastic and nothing less. Necia and Nick told me what was going on from the beginning. They took pictures, and I was able to send this information to my warranty company. Although I had problems with my warranty company, all the work that was done, was done professionally by the other 2 members that came, which were Mckenzie and Steven. They literally put down drop cloths in the path of where they were going to and fro. The finished work was explained all to me.More pictures were taken and I am pleased with the overall work.Thank you Georgia Air. You will be used from now on for all my HVAC needs.

Wow the humidity in my house was unbearable. Brandon from Georgia Air came In assessed the issue adjusted something’s to correct the humidity % and within an hour the comfort level in the home was back to normal. He was AWESOMELY Honest and Extremely Professional!

Steven and McKinsey both were very professional, courteous, and thorough while replacing our heat pump today. I'm very happy with the entire process from our emergency call that Chad responded to, all the way to a new unit. Everyone at Georgia Air that I had correspondence with were equally a delight. We have moved houses and replaced 5 AC units in 3 different states (FL, VA, GA); Georgia Air tops the list of HVAC companies I've ever encountered.
