Steven and Mackenzie did an awesome job installing new unit. Will be replacing our other unit in the fall with them. Outstanding job !

Called on a Saturday for an emergency call, despite the $200.00 emergency fee. Tech texts me and says they'll be out late afternoon. At 4:30 texts again and says there are six emergency calls ahead of me and won't be able to make it. Completely wasted my time. If they had been honest up front I could have called a different company and had my issue fixed today. Instead the day was wasted waiting on a company that has zero intent to show up. 0/10, do not, I do not recorded this company.

My technician Nick is consistently professional and helpful. He explained his procedures clearly. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to explain things to the customer. Nick's professionalism is a large part of my continued buisness with Georgia Air. Thank you.

We had Nick come out and clean our dryer vents recently, great experience. The process from start to finish was great! Will use again and highly recommend!
