Summit Heating and Air

Both of my units went out at the same time. Summit was very prompt...was here within 3 hours of my call. Blair and Luke were the technicians they sent out and they were both extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

This was by far the best AC service I have ever received. Tim arrived promptly and diagnosed my AC issue immediately. He also saved me around $300 on the repair. The office staff was professional, and I could tell they really care about their customers. If you are looking for anything AC related, I highly recommend Summit Heating and Air.

My air quit working this morning. I called summit and they came within 2hours. My air was running again within an hour. It was a great service call I was new to them. Everything was explained to me up front
and how much it was going to cost. I will be using summit again and highly recommend them for any air or heat services that you might need. Again summit heating an air are the best.

James answered the phone and got me set up with an appointment quickly. I received both an email and texts from the company on each step of the process, which I loved. Tim showed up on time and got to work. He checked the unit, gave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong, fixed it promptly and at a good price. It's obvious from just my interactions with James and Tim that both positive customer experience and prompt communication is their goal and they absolutely deliver. Summit rocks!

What a great experience. Tim, Blair, and Nathan were extremely professional, helpful, and punctual. We have vaulted ceilings and weren’t getting enough air floor. They were about to diagnose our problems and repair them! The air is now flowing and the house is cooler.

My wife and I have always used Summit. This 4th of July weekend we thought it would be impossible to get someone to our home for our air conditioner that died. We reached out to Summits website to put ourselves on a list for appointments, and within minutes we were contacted by text. Michael was at our home within an hour and immediately diagnosed the situation, made the necessary repairs, and was the most pleasant guy I've met in a long time. The whole company's professionalism and means of doing business goes beyond 5 star. It reminds us of the way service used to be, decades ago... when people actually cared about their clientele: FIRST.
