After I made my original appointment, they called me back to see if I wanted to take cancelations. Not once, but twice. They were on time, informative, and super friendly. No pressure to but a brand new system, just gave the knowledge I needed and fixed me up. Highly Recommend.

Highly recommend Tim, Nathan + the rest of the team for any HVAC needs. They installed a new AC a couple of years ago + came out today to repair my furnace. They are reasonably priced, communicative, on time - all around excellent customer service.

Summit always shows up on time and is professional. I have used them for many personal and business projects for which they have designed systems to fit my needs, both in terms of budget and schedule.

They are regular folks working hard to build an honest business. I appreciate the open conversations I have had about some of my projects - the owner has told me on several occasions where I could save money or if I did not need to make a system change. I appreciate and trust their opinions.

Called Summit this morning to request a maintenance check on my ac unit. They were booked but said if they got a cancellation they would fit me in. They were able to fit me in within 3 hours. Danny came by and evaluated my system. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly polite! Locally owned business with superior customer service. There was a $89 service fee that doesn’t get waived if you proceed with service but overall a great company.

Summit HVAC installed a new furnace and AC system in our home. CJ and Blair did an exceptional job with the installation and explanation of the new equipment. They cleaned up when they were finished and left our basement cleaner than it was when they arrived. We were impressed with their knowledge and work ethics.

We were thrilled with service provided-- timely, professional, and knowledgeable. We will absolutely continue using Summit for HVAC service.

I think the service tech really knew what he was doing! Clyde was terrific - great job.

Summit has been amazing to work with. Trustworthy, honest, and even helped us figure out a way to solve our temperature difference between the two floors at a low cost. No other company was able to do that and they are hands down the company for my family to call going forward. Thanks Michael, Tim, and James - you guys have been great!

Maintenance on heat and air, changed filter. The service person that did my maintenance check was nice and great at what he does. Everything checked out good. No problems. I give him a 10.

Summit performed maintenance on one of my systems and replaced the other system. Each member of the team I dealt with was fantastic. They made sure I understood what my options were, and were honest with me about what I did and didn’t need to do. They went above and beyond in their craftsmanship and service. I highly recommend them!
