The crew at Summit are amazing. I felt completely comfortable with them in my house. They were professional and communicated well. The full system install was a success. This is a small business, not a huge corporation like so many HVAC companies. I love that I see these employees around town and at community events. It's important to me to support small businesses BUT they also do an amazing job which is the MOST important thing.

We used Summit Heating and Air recently to install a new furnace and AC unit! The two person team wonderful. They worked diligently and made the overall experience very simple. They even showed up with cookies which was just a nice treat. I literally said to my husband, this company knows how to do business. In addition to being communicative with us - they were right on time to do the installation. That goes a long way with us! Happy to have them in our community for our HVAC needs! WE LOVE Summitt Heating and Air!!

Called on Monday and got an appointment for the next day. Upon getting off the phone I got a text message and e mail confirming my appointment for the next day. My technician, Dennis Schoen, was running a little late so he called to let me know. I received a text when he was on his way. Even though our upstairs AC unit is 18 yrs. old, Dennis did not push me into buying a new unit, though it was an option. When the service was completed, Dennis sat down and explained what he had done to repair the unit. I also received a text that the service was done and thanking me for using Summit. I also received an e mail with my receipt. Needless to say I will NEVER use our old air conditioning company again. Summit really delivers!! Their customer service and their technician, Dennis, is top notch!!! I thank the members of the Marietta City Neighborhood group on Facebook for their recommendation of Summit!!!

So many good things to say about Summit HVAC company. Excellent overall communication — the automated texts are super helpful too. They are very detailed oriented in their work. Honestly I didn’t bother getting a second quote on a new heating system because everything else was so positive — from their courteousness and professionalism to their reliability and timeliness; and often those are things you can’t put a price tag on. They genuinely care about their work and it shows. Michael and Nathan are both top notch and I appreciate their work. And James as well!

These folks are amazing! We had someone down the street use them so we started using for maintenance. We had a failure and they were able to come out and get us a new unit at a great price in a short window. Highly recommend.

Dennis arrived two minutes before the arrival time window. Immediately got to work and approached the problem with the mindset of keeping it running. No upsell. After he informed me that the system was nearly 25 years old, I decided to go ahead with a new system install for a dramatic improvement in efficiency.

You can price shop all day long, but price alone doesn't give you value. Summit's prices are competitive, their staff is knowledgeable and they seek to keep you as a happy customer. Use Summit. You won't regret it!

Always unfortunate when the AC stops working! But we were very happy with Blair, she was professional, knowledgeable, and tried every possible option before we inevitably had to declare our system’s fan motor was dead and not coming back. Happy with the service and she answered all our questions!
