A Saylor Heating and Air

Our air conditioning stopped working at the worst possible time - on a Friday afternoon with family staying with us over the weekend. One call to Saylor was all that was needed. Unbelievably, they had a technician at our house within an hour and the A/C was fixed within two - including the time needed to pick up a part. Amazing! We've used Saylor for a couple of years now. Their technicians are always timely, knowledgeable and extremely professional. We recommend them highly.

I used them to check up after a new system install that was not performing well and found the other company left holes in duct work, improperly set up multi stage system, all issues fixed by A. Saylor. I continue to use them as they are honest and take their time to do good work.

I saw the amazing reviews on social media last week for A Saylor after our ac started pumping out warm weak air. I left a message on their website that very night and got a call back from Ally right away the next morning. In less than a couple hours not only had Mike come out and replaced the weak capacitor on the condenser, but did a full maintenance check of the system. I could not be more pleased!! Mike was very professional, arrived on time, figured out the issue and quickly resolved it. The office staff was also very helpful and accommodating. Allie went out of her way to make sure we got the help we needed as quickly as possible. Highly recommend A Saylor Heating and Air.
