Michael came out an did an annual spring tune up and service. Michael was completely ready for safety - he was masked and had booties and gloves. He worked quickly, thoroughly and professionally. A Saylor is the only HVAC service I would ever use. Highly recommend them to everyone.

A. Saylor is an excellent HVAC company. They worked with me from 900+ miles away to schedule and complete my HVAC maintenance. They are professional, efficient, ON TIME, and communicate at a high level through Ally. I recommend them highly for all HVAC services.

I have been looking for an independent old school hvac company for the past 6 months. Two technicians from one of the largest and heavily advertised outfits around Atlanta claimed my 15 yo heat pump had a compressor that was going.

Mike took all of about 45 minutes to diagnose the root cause(s) of my compressor failing to start. A bad relay and a few wiring issues.

I am so relieved to have found an hvac company of competent, professional and HONEST people. Mike wasn’t there to sell me a new heat pump. He repaired my problem and clearly explained precisely what the causes were. We chatted for a bit, i paid my extremely reasonable invoice that was clear and concise. He did not struggle with my issue(s) that were a bit odd. He systematically ran down the root cause and explained technically what the issues were (I have an electronics background). I am an engineer and know enough about hvac to be dangerous. I also know when a technician is not competent. Mike is fluid and he knows his profession inside & out. He is also one of the company owners.

I also need to give a shout out to Alley (i hope I spelled that correctly). She coordinated the appointment and is also a trained technician. I was able to explain to her my suspicions and she made the decision that my service call needed to be Mike and offered me an expedited appointment Monday when I called the previous Friday.

Today, Phil arrived on time and completed the Nest thermostat installation quickly and effectively. Phil was very helpful and friendly. I am a long time customer and have always found A Saylor's service to be the highest quality.

A Saylor Co. is the only HVAC company we have used since we bought our home over 25 years ago. They have always provided the best service and have never tried to sell us on anything that wasn't necessary. We love doing business with them and appreciate their response whenever it has been needed.

Ever since A Saylor bailed us out (returned home to a failed AC during heat of summer) about 6 years ago, they are the only HVAC company I have used at mine and my mother's house. They are a small company that does things right with courtesy and professionalism and quality at a fair market price. A Saylor just completed another quality HVAC split system installation for me at my mother's house. Demo, install and clean up in about 5 hours. They will be back in early spring to complete a start-up service for the AC. This installation (as well as a previous service call) were completed during the Covid-19 pandemic and the techs were considerate and wore face masks. Bottom line: I will continue to use A Saylor and recommend to friends and family.
