We have used A Saylor for over 30 years and they have done an exceptional job. From the front office where Ali makes every phone call so pleasant and responsive to Andy and Mike Saylor that are very responsive and knowledgeable. We have been blessed by knowing them and they have taken wonderful care of our HVAC systems.

Highly recommended! Called Mike on a Sunday morning during July 4 weekend. Worries because our central AC went out in middle of night. He arrived within 2 hours and quickly diagnosed the issue and made repairs and checked the system thoroughly. Very reasonable fee for the work completed. Would recommend A. Saylor to anyone.

We have used Andy and Mike Saylor for25 years and can’t recommend them more highly. They’ve installed our dual zone heating and AC systems twice in the forty years we’ve lived here. They even rerouted our dryer vent to make it much more efficient and less prone to clogging with lint. They are the most friendly and professional home services company we have ever dealt with.

Honest, responsive, and very dependable. They don't try to sell you things you don't need.

Mike is great, small company, just him and his father and one other tech. Check their Google reviews, located in Kennesaw. Great pricing on maintenance plan and they don't dime you on a service call when you need something fixed. You WILL be paying book rates on repairs and maintenance but that is to be expected in the ATL area, IMHO way better than the big name brands (e Smith, RS Andrews, Reliable) with tons and tons of overhead. I've not had a repair yet and that'll determine for me where things will play out long term with A Saylor, but for biannual maintenance and zero service fee call-out, look nowhere else!

A Saylor is an great company to deal with from the first call to the completed repair. I called them today at 1:15 pm with a duct work issue and they were here within 3 hours...on a Friday afternoon. There was no trip fee, rush fee, nothing, only $20.00 for the part, which they waived because we are annual maintenance customers. Not the first time we have used A Saylor and it won't be the last.

We have had a service contract w Andy Saylor for 18 years. They come out twice a year to check and maintain our HVAC systems at a reasonable cost. They have also replaced our HVAC systems when needed. Mike, Phil, and Allie are all friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive -- and won't try to sell you something you don't need. It's a family business w a family feel.

I have been with this company for 20+ years now and I would not go with any other company. Honest, dependable, trustworthy, and consistency of staff. Always get the same person on the phone (Allie) and I just love my technician (Mike). Can't go wrong choosing them to service your heating and air conditioning or in installing a new system.

Mike came out and performed a service call to check on the functionality of our current AC system and units. He gave a very thorough debrief about next steps to make sure we kept our house at the desired temperatures. I would recommend this company to anyone out there needing advice and inspections of their current system.

I have been a customer of A Saylor for over 25 years and have always had excellent , responsive service that was reasonably priced.
One blisteringly hot Sunday my A/C died. They came quickly and found the drainage from the A/C had been improperly installed and caused the system to shut down. Although it had to be agonizing in my attic, the repairman reinstalled the piping so that the drainage worked properly. There was a minimal charge. They could have told me I needed a new A/C or that they would have to come back to work on the drainage issue but they just did whatever was needed to get my A/C working again!
A Saylor is a family owned business and over the years I have worked with different family members .But, the one thing that has never changed is that I have received excellent service for a very fair price.
