I called on a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend because our AC was not cooling. They return my call within one hour and we’re at my house within 2 1/2 hours from when I called. They inspected everything determined it was my capacitor that was out and checked all my coolant levels. They did an awesome job and a great value. I cannot recommend Them more highly. Great family owned company.

My AC was damaged buy a freak accident with my neighbor's car. He gave me Andy's name. He also called Andy and had Andy call me. This was on a Sunday. I had no AC at this point and he was out the next day and installed the new air conditioning by 2:00 p.m. I have nothing but Hi Marks and praise for Andy and his team and calling Allie in the office was nothing short of wonderful. Excellent service. They installed the main system in my house. I added a split unit to the basement a few years ago and I called them back. The main unit went out recently (after 8 years) and they came back and fixed it very quickly. I tell everyone who needs AC and heat work to call them. Alley is great at getting the information and Mike is very knowledgeable about hardware.

So far my experience has been outstanding. Great communications, on time service, very professional. NOW for the next step, replacing both of my AC units and both Furnaces. stay tune for the end results. Dan

Excellent service from start to finish, Ally (in the office) was able to suggest a temporary fix to get the AC unit functioning again, until service guy called the following day. I've already signed up for the annual service plan with Saylor's.
I think I've finally found a trustworthy AC service company.
