Great response time, quick repair. Can't thank this company enough for coming and repairing the AC. My Mom isn't able to get out of bed and not having air conditioning puts her in distress. This company fit us in their schedule and had it fixed within a few hours.

Tanner was efficient and thorough. He explained what he did to me and the heater worked fine that day. A few days later, when the same thing seemed to happen again. I contacted 1st choice and Tanner returned, broke the parts down further and cleaned more deeply. He showed me the part and explained how it worked. There was no additional charge.

I appreciate a business that takes care of their customers, especially when it means a second trip.

Michael came to my rescue after I contacted him this morning in the early hours as my furnace has been acting up for the last 3 weeks and not working properly. It was more on the freezing side. He responded to my call later this morning. Came in early afternoon. He diagnosed the problem within no time and fixed it. Now I don't have to worry being without heat anymore in this crazy weather thanks to Michael. Great guy. Great customer service.
