5 star experience all around! This is my second time using 1st Choice Heating & Air and I will certainly use them again for my HVAC needs. They were very responsive in making the appointment. The technician, Jeff, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. Definitely a great experience.

We used 1st Choice several years ago for an AC issue and was very impressed with the level of service so when our old furnace died at of the beginning of the season, we called 1st Choice again. Cory was our rep and was professional, on time and provided thorough estimates for not only the furnace but duct work and AC unit as well. He patiently answered all our questions. We went with just replacing the furnace due to our budget, but they really try to work with the client on price. When our space heater also died about 5 days before our new furnace was to be installed, within several hours, Cory brought over 2 portable heaters to use until the new furnace was in place. Fantastic customer service! Thank you, Cory! We have been very happy with our new furnace. It’s very quiet and we’re enjoying having heat again! The only minor issue we had was with the installation of the vent covers. When removing the old vent plates, the paint peeled away so we will need to touch up the paint around most of the vents. An easy fix is to score around the old vent covers with utility knife before removing them. And some of the screws to install the vent covers were a little off and not straight. Not huge issues. By the way, we did our due diligence and got quotes from other companies and these guys were the most reasonable. Highly recommend 1st Choice.

Dylan arrived at the beginning of the 2-hour window provided, and explained the AC annual maintenance service inclusions, and asked me for questions. The work was completed in good time and at a reasonable cost. The timing of the service worked out well, as I needed to run the AC for the first time this year less than a week after Dylan's visit. I will be using 1st Choice again, and have no reservations recommending them highly.

Excellent service. They installed a new HVAC system in my rental property and serviced the A/C at my primary residence. Honest and knowledgeable, with fair pricing. Communication before, during and after appointments was stellar. Consistently showed up on-time and prepared. Service people were outstanding. I had another company to our home before 1st Choice, and they had no clue what was wrong with our heating system. They actually told us that we needed to replace it for $13,000! The 1st Choice technician was so knowledgeable and professional. After checking the system, he explained how our particular system works, and there is absolutely nothing mechanically wrong with it! It’s an old system, but it doesn’t need to be replaced. I cannot thank 1st Choice enough! Wonderful, honest company!

What a fantastic company! Just had our entire HVAC system replaced, new AC, heating system, and ducts replaced. Everyone we worked with was fantastic. Chris gave us a great price and the crew were on time, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. This was quite a undertaking and I certainly would recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. Really love the nest too and perfect timing being its going to be the hottest weekend of the year :)
