Chance was on time, friendly, and patient as I asked my questions, sometimes twice. This was my first time with an AC issue and I felt like he was genuinely trying to help, and not upsell me or mislead me. The pricing was upfront, and charged as quoted—no surprises. I this time I needed refrigerant refill and leak seal. I would use them again in the future if something broke.

Jeff Moak, the HVAC technician, was FANTASTIC! Jeff was on-time and completed a thorough evaluation and cleaning of the HVAC system. This was the first system maintenance for the 2008 air conditioner. The air conditioner is working great and I was thankful it was is good working condition for a 14 year-old condenser. I am very pleased and impressed with the value and quality of work. I signed up for the annual service agreement and look forward to the six month visit (January 2023) to keep the HVAC system running efficiently. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1st CHOICE. Chris and James were fantastic. They were honest throughout the process about pricing and I could tell from the get-go that they were looking out for my best interests because I had another quote from another AC company for 5,000 saying I needed to replace my ducting. These guys came and said that all they needed to do was some repairs even though I started off saying that I think we need new ducting. They fixed everything and it works great now and they only charged 600 for the job. Very happy and would highly recommend.

My A/C went out over the holiday weekend. Unfortunately they weren’t able to make it out the same day, as I expected, they came out quickly, we’re on time, texted ahead of time to advise when they were on their way, and provided a reasonable price to repair the issue that day. Great service, great professionalism, and thankful they were able to get the cold air back quickly.

The team of Michael, Dylan and Jesus were very professional, efficient and friendly. Watching them work was like watching a ballet. Each one knew what needed to be done and they interacted seamlessly. And my new heater is so quiet that I didn't think it was working at first! I haven't used the A/C yet but I'm sure it will be good as well.

We used 1st Choice as a second opinion for a furnace that stopped working. Another local company said the furnace needed a part that was no longer available and that our only option was to replace the unit. 1st Choice found the true issue with the furnace (which was different than what the other company stated) and had the part on hand for replacement. The furnace is now working perfectly and didn’t need replacement. I can’t say enough about the capability and honesty of the 1st Choice technician who came out. I appreciate his willingness to trouble shoot versus just recommending total replacement. However, when replacement time comes, this company has earned our business.

James, Chris, and their crew were professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. We were referred to them and now we’ve used them twice for difficult installations with superb results. Highly recommended.

James and his team are top notch. From the consultation/estimate appointment to the day of install, the service they provided was everything I had hoped for. James is a bit of a rarity; he’s honest and friendly, does what he says he will do, and delivers high quality work. His install team was the most professional group of guys I’ve met in many years. These guys know what they’re doing and James works with all budgets and takes the time to educate and answer all your questions. I put out a bid for 4 other companies and decided to go with 1st Choice because of their responsiveness and professionalism.

Today was a scheduled a/c maintenance but they also checked my heating. I love this company! They are always on time, professional, friendly, and respect you and your property. They were one of too many companies that I originally interviewed to do the initial installation and I am so blessed that I chose 1st Choice Heating and Air to do the installation and be my permanent a/c and heating Company. They should be everyone’s first choice!
