From the quick response to my service inquiry, to on-site initial inspection and provision of quotes, follow up communication re quotes and purchase of unit, informational videos re what to expect on installation day and installation, this outfit was A+++++. Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had with an AC company - Kind, courteous professional, quick and communicated well. With the Hubby not home they broke down the issue in a way I fully understood, and I appreciated that ! If there was a 10 star rating, that’s what this would be . however, 5 stars will have to do: This place is a must use for all of your HVAC needs ! Thank you White Mechanical for making sure I didn’t bake in my house for the holiday weekend !

White Mechanical has excellent business processes(Sales to final inspection). Their front office and services employees keep you informed every step of the way.
The installation crew are very professional and take care while working in your home. The work site was cleaned up every day of the project. Their work was excellent. I love the upgraded system.

Professional in every aspect of the project. They reviewed my needs and discussed options. Installation was a breeze. The crew were on time , professional and polite. Everything was cleaned up when they were done.

Gary and Travis were great. They cleaned up everyday and were friendly and explained what they were doing. Also White mechanical made the process so way. They took care of permits and HERS testing.

Through a Costco promotion, I had a new furnace installed by WM back in Nov. They were very thorough from proposal through to installation. Gary was very informative during the proposal stage. The installers (Travis & partner) were prompt, friendly and did a great job.
Three months later, a small problem showed up with the furnace. Again, WM was so professional and very quick to send someone over. Theo was very punctual and excellent. He worked diligently to identify the problem and came back ASAP with a replacement part to get the furnace working again. And this was during a cold week.
Given my positive experience, I highly recommend WM for any HVAC needs.

Purchased a new HVAC system from them through Costco. They were great to work with. They communicate well. I get messages via text and email. They also came and did an annual maintenance that was part of the installation purchase. They arrive in their appointment window and their employees are pleasant to interact with.

My fernance stopped working four years after its installation. I had a 10 year warranty. So I called White Mechanical and they came, diagnosed, and repaired the system promptly. I had only to pay the labor since the circuit board replacement was covered.

I am very happy with the air conditioning system they installed for me a year and a half ago. Recently, I had an emergency when my heating stopped working with the cold weather outside. Costco provides emergency same day service, diagnoses the problem correctly and fixes it, fitting me into their schedule at a very busy time of year. Will definitely stick with this company for my heating and cooling needs.

Had a great experience with White Mechanical from start to finish. Went through Costco and were relieved to get a much better price compared to another large HVAC repair company. Our rep Gary who worked with us did a great job educating us about the heater and the installation process, and kindly answered the questions I called him about. And the installers did a great job too. Amata the coordinator kept us informed about all the permitting processes that needed to take place. Will definitely go with White Mechanical again when we need to replace our other systems!
