This is the second time I have used 1st choice HVAC. Steven is so chill and excellent at his craft. It’s hard to find a trustworthy AC company so they have my trust and loyalty. Highly recommend.

1st choice came and fixed the problem that my first AC repair company misdiagnosed. First company tried to get me to do a full replacement of my unit. 1st choice came and immediately diagnosed my drainage issue. Fixed it very quickly and I'm able to keep running my current system. This company is my go to for any issues from now on. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Truly the best experience with a service based company, of my lifetime. When I called to schedule an appointment I was pleasantly surprised that they could come out within the next 48 hours. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my Friday appointment, Thursday afternoon. They were very understanding and rescheduled me for the following Monday.

Steven, arrived on time and was beyond wonderful. He was so pleasant and wasn’t irritated by my endless borage of questions. He took the time to provide me with some recommendations to help keep our AC system in good working condition. He was also super great with my 2 dogs which was a nice bonus.

To top it all off, I was shocked at how reasonable the price of the services were. I would strongly recommend using them and plan to use them again in the future.

I called several companies and these guys were the most responsive, fairly priced, and were very patient as we had many questions given this was our first purchase of a new HVAC system.

My elderly mom's furnace went out on Tuesday before Christmas. We called around for estimates. 1st Choice came out on Thursday to look at the furnace and gave us an estimate. We had the estimate within an hour. Chris told us that they could have the furnace installed on Monday after Christmas. He even asked my mom if she needed more space heaters to keep heat going in her home. The installers were out to her home Monday morning, 15 minutes early. It took 5 hours to remove the old furnace and install the new furnace and thermostat. She is very happy with her new furnace and the service.

5 stars! Excellent job. Quick took less than 1/2 a day to remove the old ductwork and replace with new ductwork with new vents. Our A/C was not working in most of our rooms before but now it works in all the rooms! It is amazing! I highly recommend them!

When making my appointment I had lots of questions that were quickly answered. I was able to get an appointment in a few days. I received a text to let me know when Chance C would arrive. He was professional and answered my questions and explained everything to me. I’ve used 1st Choice for all of my HVAC maintenance for years and highly recommended them.

I was referred to 1st choice by my Dad. My AC had stopped working and I was worried that I was going to have to get a new one. They came out, cleaned the entire system and discovered a loose wire. I’m really bad about AC maintenance so I signed up for their annual cleaning service and he include the fix for the AC. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very courteous. Highly recommend.
