Chase came out to diagnose an old 1974 unit that wasn’t blowing cold enough air. He was able to change a capacitor & it’s blowing cold air at the numbers he likes to see all systems blowing at. The furnace is another story but he will get me an estimate to replace the furnace part only. I highly recommend this company. Very professional & very communicative from the first call forward. I am looking forward to their estimate & to getting our issue resolved! Thanks for your great customer service. It’s rare these days unfortunately but this company is doing it right.

Extremely professional. The crew were all very nice, thorough, and installed our new air conditioner, thermostat, and furnace within the same day. Call for an estimate. There is no pressure on the spot. They will email you estimates to choose what you are comfortable with and will answer any questions you have, I had a few other estimates that were extremely high. Prices were fair and competitive. Very happy with the service and look forward to working with this company for regularly scheduled maintenance.

From the start, Corey was professional and very knowledgeable about air conditioners. He provided the most in depth estimate and seemed overall more knowledgeable than other companies when it came to my needs and listened to exactly what I was looking for. 1st choice has an up front approach with no hidden fees or surprises. The guys who did the install were professional and cleaned up their mess. I highly recommend this company! They did a great job.

WOW! So impressed by 1st Choice! They were honest, and diagnosed the problem with our heater quickly. So grateful for their expertise and professionalism.

Hired them to come repair a brand new AC/Heat unit that was improperly installed by another company. If I would have known 1st Choice was so good - I would have hired them first. Don't be fooled by lower prices by someone else - you'll end up paying in the end to have it repaired. Get it done right by calling 1st Choice. Cost to repair was not unreasonable. And they were very professional and clean.

I've used a couple of other HVAC companies for services. I enjoyed working with Jeff. He was very accommodating and really listened and gave us options. We didn't receive that with the other two companies we worked with. Will definitely be using them again!
