Very pleased with the service I received and will be using them in the future. I would recommend to family and friends. Hunter seemed to care about getting to the root of the problem, and not just insisting I need to just replace it (unlike the previous folks I’ve used)! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything so I could understand. Highly recommend this company.

Asked them to come look at an older split unit and braced for the typical "It's old and should be replaced" song and dance. They surprised me by actually being interested in fixing and servicing what I had. Quick checking, accurate estimate and fixed my unit. It works like new again. I'm excited to get more work done on my other units! I'm going to wear these guys out. I need old central units removed and mini splits installed in the rest of our house. They'll be my first call.

Had to have my central ac replaced. Jojo and Bruno were fast and very professional. Damien came the day before and was super great and was able to get us a fair rate for the replacement. Super happy with 1st Choice. Would highly recommend.

This company was such a find, and I'm so thankful to them for helping us out. We called them Tuesday morning, they sent out Greg the same day since he was in the area. He was very professional and extremely helpful in the amount of information he gave us to help our decision on what to do. We ended up getting a new condenser and coil on our old unit and they were able to schedule us for the very next day for install. We were up and running almost 24 hours after the first call and that was with replacement and install. They were super professional and very honest and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing anything with HVAC. We have used other companies locally and never had a proper solution to our problem until these guys gave us one. We've been having problems with our old R22 system freezing up and running hot air for the last 2 summers. Previous companies told us the only thing to do was replace the entire system because new systems couldn't use existing stuff. We were in search of R22 since the other companies said R22 is discontinued and they do not have any in stock, you must replace your unit. On calling 1st Choice, they confirmed they had what we needed and would come do a service as requested. When Greg showed up, he allowed us the option of continuing to limp the system along by adding more r22 freon, while informing us of the possibility of it not holding the whole summer since every year our leak is actually getting worse. We feared the extremely large quote on a new system, like we had been given from other companies in the past, but we allowed him to just let us know our options. He was able to give us an option that no one had given, at a fraction of the price. He also included the little things in the quote so we didn't have to worry about them, like the new pad the unit will sit on and the safety switches that were missing and needed to be back to code. We are so grateful to Greg for solving our problem with such speed, he is very professional and informative. Thank you Greg for everything!

This was my second estimate after my A.C. was hit by lighting. It was well below the first and was explained step by step. The young man who came out was very polite and professional. My A.C. was up and running in no time. I would recommend to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning services.

Mr. Michael came out the next day after I called. He was professional and honest with me about what work needed to done. I plan to use 1st Choice again and highly recommend them. Good honest people!
