have 2 unit that were purchase from Stinson called several time and left message have a 10 year warranty on both unit need to have service on both, that is poor customer service. they will not return your call just sell you the unit and warranty and will not service them

They are very knowledgeable, prompt and budget friendly. The service tech explained to me the entire circumstance. He had me believing I was a tech. I've used them on several occasions and has been pleased every time. I would highly recommend them for your A/C issues.

They aren't like they use to be. I move into my home in 2002. Being right around the corner from them, if I had an issue I could call them and usually get someone on my property in 3 hours. Now each time I call, it might be a day before I get a call back from them. Then I get told their technicians are tied up for the next day or two. So I call other providers that actually show up faster than they say they will.

This past week, I had Jimmy Stinson install a new "mini-split" system in our sun room. Jimmy and his crew showed up on the day scheduled and got all the work done. Their work was neat and the new unit works great. I might add that new wiring had to be done for the mini-split system. They did it themselves as opposed to having me call an electrician. This saved a lot of time and money. I am 100% satisfied.

First time I've used Stinson but I will definitely call them in the future. Work was completed same day and the cost was considerably less than I've been paying for ProTech's "contract." In addition, in diagnosing the issue, I was very dismayed to learn that it could have been caused on purpose (or by extreme negligence) by the worker who provided service from another local company. Stinson did not make an accusation, but could not explain how the issue (an unplugged connection) could have happened by itself.

I placed a call to my maintence guy last week, to have someone come look at the ac at the house i am renting. Was told the next day no one could reach me so they would be back next week, though i had received no calls from anyone that day or voicemail (sometimes calls fall through...a voicemail does not.)
I get home later that day to see a business card left in my door to show they came by my house (with no call at all). Because my maintence man says they will call me the following week, i just waited. Now an entire week goes by so i call my landlord asking what is going on.

Suddenly Veronica from the office calls me and the moment I answer she is INCREDIBLY RUDE with me. She tells me she has called several times and even text my phone. Not a single call has come to my phone from their office nor has a text message. She then goes on to tell me(because she has not let me get a single word in yet) that a card was also left in my door because "you people like to say we don't contact you". I stopped her right there and told her not to speak to me in that manner and ended our conversation.

Fo yourself a favor and call anyone else; The worst customer service i have ever dealt with in my life.

They don’t deserve any stars. They will tell you that they have you on the list for service that day but they will not show up or call and let you know they will not be at your home. Called them for an elderly person of whom they initially put in unit & cant get them out there for service.

complete idiots. driver pulled out in front of me and it would have been a major wreck if I hadn't slammed on my brakes. called only to have some weird and rude woman scream at me for not being a polite driver when he almost hit me. dash cam doesn't lie like they do. if they are that rude on the phone and bad drivers I sure would hate to see their work.

Purchased a new unit 2017.
It quit working 4 months later.
They did not respond to my calls for 3 calls and threats.
They did finally go replace a motor to get it to work.
Without air conditioning for more than 2 weeks.

Called several times to get a hold of Jimmy Stinson but no return calls only dealt with the rudess person on the phone _female) . Tried for 3 weeks finally gave up.
