    Wow! Best service I've had in decades.
    My family and I arrived back home from an out-of-town trip when we realized our heating unit was not working. This happened on one of the coldest nights in years, December 23, 2022. Realizing that we would not likely be able to reach anyone at 11 pm at night, I called 3 different heating & air companies the following morning, on Christmas Eve.
    The first person to respond after I left a voice mail message that morning was Kevin Brynt with Wilson Bryant Heating & Air.
    He advised me that he was going to try to diagnose and walk me through the repair by phone. I explained that the thermostat screen was completely blank, following up by explaining the LED Service light on the condensation pump was lit indicating a service issue. Kevin took his time in walking me through the repair process, and quickly diagnosing the problem. He indicated that the issue was likely a clogged pump, then proceeded to walk me through removing the top of the pump and how to clean out pump. I put it back together, and immediately my gas heating system was back in service.

    He did all this over the phone, at no cost to me. WHO PROVIDES THAT KIND OF SERVICE IN TODAY'S WORLD?? OBVIOUSLY, KEVIN BRYANT DOES!!!! It obviously cost him his time, which equals money in reality, but he was more than happy to help.
    He advised me that due to the extreme unusually cold weather conditions they were receiving many calls and were simply trying to help as many customers over the phone as possible. What an amazing way to run a company! I wish more companies operated in this fashion.

    By the way, the heating and air company that installed my system 3 years ago never even returned my call.

    Rest assured, if I ever have any additional issues with my HVAC system, I will be calling Wilson Bryant Heating and Air.
    I wanted to make sure to get this post out there so others can see the outstanding service this company provides.

    We had Wilson Bryant Air perform several repairs/maintenance jobs on our furnace in November of 2021 and January of 2022. Although the problems took longer and more services than anticipated to fix, it was eventually resolved, and the technician was polite and professional.

    Fast forward to November of 2022, ten months later. We have sold the home we had Wilson Bryant service and are currently living in Tennessee. I received an email from someone it appeared was from Wilson Bryant, saying I had an unpaid invoice from ten months ago that I needed to pay immediately. I was very suspicious, because I know the service this invoice referred to, and I remember paying it over the phone.

    As I asked questions, the person seemed more and more confused about the details of the invoice I had supposedly missed, forgetting the amounts that were "due" and sending new invoices in response to my questions. Eventually I called the office, convinced this was a poor phishing attempt.

    According to the person at this office, this was a totally legitimate claim, because sometimes "their system will miss credit card transactions." They asked to see a copy of my bank statements, to prove my claim that I had already paid the invoice. I tried explaining that my credit card company doesn't keep transaction information from that many months ago, and I don't have access to that info. The latest message I have from Wilson Bryant is a threat to send me to collections if I don't help them close their books by Christmas.

    So I paid the invoice. An invoice for $230+ dollars I am certain that I already paid, for a home I no longer own, to a company that hasn't got the ability to keep track of their customer's simplest business transaction. To the Wilson Bryant team, I sincerely hope that extra money at least goes to a child's stocking, or something positive.

    If you want to use Wilson Bryant to service your home, check and recheck payments and print receipts and staple them to your forehead. Lord knows their accounting department doesn't know what to do with them.

    We've been a customer of Wilson Bryant for 10 years now. If and when we've had any issues they've responded immediately to provided service to get us up and running again right away. We've also had them replace our old system that came with the house. It's helped us save on utility bills as well as keeping the house so much cooler. I couldn't recommend a better company than Wilson Bryant Air Conditioning. Trustworthy and reliable!

    I needed additional quotes for repairing or replacing my home's ductwork and Josh with WBAC was the only rep to respond. Josh visited promptly, pointed out issues the previous rep failed to mention, and provided a reasonable quote. The crew, led by Justin, completed the job, keeping us updated throughout the process, and left the site clean and intact. I highly recommend WBAC for any HVAC needs and am very grateful for their service!

    I had them come out to fix an issue caused by another company. The other company installed the air handler in my attic improperly and this caused the unit to leak and damage an upstairs bedroom ceiling. That company gave me no solutions to permanently fix this issue. Wilson Bryant took care of this issue quickly after I called them. They gave me a much larger emergency pan and installed a float switch for the air condenser line. They were very professional and timely. This small investment in prevention has given me piece of mind. I am glad I found this company and will be using them for all my future HVAC service and needs.

    I needed an entire system installed. They sent their Tech Greg to my home on Friday. I never received an estimate or a phone call after inquiring where my estimate was. I called the Macon office who advised that Chris is over my area. They provide his cell number. I leave a message and he calls back and said "We are not a fit". Poor customer service. I am a real estate agent. I deal with contractors all the time. Very unprofessional.

    Nice job on the install. But, I can say there were promises made that were not kept. I had the Smart thermostat installed as well and was promised someone would come back to set up, this was done in mid-May 2020, Also, I was told they would file the appropriate paper work for warranty and I would be mailed a copy of receipt and everything that applies. After three phone calls to my representative, Josh in July. He stated they were busy and he never followed up on anything. So it's November 9th and I don't have a copy of a thing. In my opinion, they truly need some customer service lessons. When you make a large purchase of a new AC system you at least deserve what was promised. If I were looking to replace my system at this point, I would be looking for a different company.

    I paid 700.00 for repairs on my hvac and WBAC added refrigerant to the system knowing that there's a leak in the system. I paid for 8-9 pounds. Wilson Bryant claimed they were unable to locate the leak. I called Cook's Cooling and they found the leak immediately! Yeah COOK'S Cooling!!!!!

    Wilson Bryant beat all the other quotes we received from some very well known companies in town, they did exactly what they said they would, and the unit works amazingly well. Very happy with the service and price. Would recommend every time!

    What an amazing company. Decided to go with these guys over one of the “better known” companies in the area and I am sure glad I did.

    I have a house built in 1900 that needed a few extra odds and ends done to the house in order for the unit to run at its maximum efficiency. They came out about 4 times just to
    make sure my unit and it’s air flow were running the way it was supposed to. This is key for those who have older houses.

    The prices are hard to beat for the area as well...this company has that old American feel to it where you get more than what you paid for.

    Highly recommend this company!
