Linton Solomon came out promptly and wrote us a fair and reasonable estimate on installing a split unit in our dining room. Even though we drug our feet getting back to him he still honored the estimate and had the unit installed in an afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Your salesman Linton Solomon was so knowledgeable about the system we choose. He enlightened me of things I should know about the system. He explained all components in terms that I could understand. He was very patience with us and took the time to answer all of our questions (and I had many). Tony the installer arrived before the time given. He introduced himself and went to work. Our crawl space is very tight, ( many have complained about it )but he removed the old system and installed the new one without any complaints. He was very customer friendley and very knowledgeable of the system that he installed. He completed the job in one day, we thought it would take two days. He installed the new control and gave us a very informal tutorial. Linton and Tony has very good customer service which is needed when you have to spend that type of money. I had a tricky situation with my air conditioner unit. I was able to talk through the problem and set up service calls with the owner himself. Technician David came by and got everything all figured out. David is awesome. Great, friendly service. I highly recommend.
Had one of our two AC units repaired today, by Wilson Bryant Air Conditioning. This was the best AC repair experience we have had in our 26 years in Macon.
Called for service at 1:30 PM today. Owner (Ray Bryant) answered call. Explained situation, he said he could send a Tech out today. A few minutes later, Kevin Bryant (Sales Mgr) called to say he will have someone at our home within the hour. Repair Tech (David) called at 2:10 PM saying he was 10 minutes away. Repair Tech arrived in 10 minutes as he promised. He asked several questions and then began to diagnose the problem. After about 15 minutes he said that he had found the problem.
He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He also showed pictures of the problem that he had taken with his cell phone to verify what he was telling us. He told us what the total cost for the visit and repair would be. We asked him to proceed with the repair
After another 15 minutes, he announced that he was finished with the repair, we wrote him a check, and he left. Our AC is working great! Thank you David (the tech) and thank you Kevin Bryant. (Kevin called within 10 minutes of David leaving to see if we were satisfied with their service)
No more looking for an AC repair company. I found a great one.
I was shocked to receive your invoice today for a diagnostic charge of $99 on Sunday, May 5, 2019.
When my air conditioner stopped working, I made an appointment for Friday, May 3, 2029, but no one showed up. I called you on Saturday and you sent Jessie out on Sunday. All that Jessie did on Sunday was looked at the coil and $159 booster your company installed on March 19, 2019. I was there with him and he told me the compressor was dead. He told me that boosters don’t last very long. And, I did not ask him for an estimate for a complete new AC/Heat Pump unit. He was here less than 10 minutes and left. He did nothing to my compressor.
The next day, having lost faith in your company’s ability to repair my AC, I had another HVAC company come out to take a look at my compressor. The coil had oil pooling on the top. They put in a new 60 Amp coil and disconnected the booster your company installed and immediately our air conditioner was working and has worked flawlessly since then.
I wonder why your guys did not do the same thing by installing a new 60 Amp coil on the first time your guys came out on March 18, 2019. I paid your company $148 for that visit. I believe that $307 I paid to your company for 2 trips is sufficient, especially since the problem with my compressor was not fixed. So, I trust you will waive the $99 for a diagnostic charge on trip #3.

My AC went out about a year ago, and I called them and they were super professional, well dressed, and timely. It took them a day to take out my old AC unit, and completely install a new AC/Heat pump. The house was cooling down within minutes of the completion! I was super impressed and the financing program they have was outstanding. I will only do business with them if I have the choice. Could not recommend them more! (And go for a 3 ton AC/heat pump! Its a beast! Works great!!! )
