I am very pleased with this company. I called on Monday because my AC was not blowing cool. It was 98 degrees outside. Blake came out the next day. He was prompt and professional. He added Freeon to the system did a reset and now my house is cool. I will definitely use them again. 1st Choice is at the top of the list for AC repair. The price was also reasonable. Thank you Blake for providing great service.

Michael with 1st Choice came out to my house after I had some issues with moisture in my crawl space. We did not know the cause of the moisture at the time and thought it could be the ac ducts. It was not the AC, but Michael was still very helpful in figuring out what was going on and did not charge me a thing for the work he did. I even offered to pay and they still didn’t charge me anything. They just said they wanted to figure out the issue. I would highly recommend this business and would trust them with any heating and air needs.

Greg was on time, able to diagnose and repair within minutes and extremely helpful!

At 9AM the 1st Choice truck and trailer arrived with Hunter, Garrett and Jesse on board. They worked so well together and soon had the old heat and air systems removed and began working on installing new units. The only time they took a break was for lunch. Michael stopped by to check on everything but the guys had everything under control..The young men did not leave until 7:50pm, making sure everything was working properly and informing me of the changes that were made to set up the new systems. GREAT WORK GUYS. Your time and experience are greatly appreciated.

After month(S) of dealing with my mom's American Home shield insurance and the 2 incompetent companies they send out to her; we decided to just pay out of pocket with 1st choice. They were prompt in correctly diagnosing the problem and even letting my mom know that she could atleast use the "fan on" option to help circulation without further damage, bringing her 93° home down to a much manageable temperature. However, she did not have to deal with it much longer because they were able to do a next day repair. Hunter was very professional and caring. 5 stars would hands down recommend. Thanks 1st choice.

This company is the GOAT of HVAC installation and repair. They don't try to upsell services that are not needed to you like most companies do. They are honest and polite and that is rare. Try them out and you wont be sorry.😊

Great service. Came out immediately and diagnosed the problem. Overflow switch was mis- wired. The out a new switch on and drained the pan. This was a temporary fix. They will reroute my drain pipe because it is not placed properly, allowing the water to drain.
Very fair price and honest!
