Called for a HVAC system pre season inspection, appointment made for next day. Service Tech came out early, listened to my request, very polite/courteous and knowledgeable. Assessed two systems in minimum time, made recommendations and after confirmation of desired repairs, corrected issues he discovered. Very happy with Greg Harpers’ demeanor and highly recommend he assist us in the future.

I reached out to 1st Choice Heating & Air after normal business hours and they scheduled me in for the very next morning. Blake came out and determined what was wrong with my unit and gave me options to have it repaired or completely replaced. I chose a new unit and they had it installed the very next morning. They also installed a new, easier to use thermostat at my request. I've only had the new unit one day but it has worked AMAZINGLY. It maintains the temp in our 5 bedroom home perfectly. It also came with a great warranty. THANKS BLAKE & 1ST CHOICE! 😊

The last thing you want is your A/C to go out at the beginning of summer, especially with indoor animals and the cost on your mind. A/C went out Monday, and I started making a list of all the HVAC businesses in the middle GA area, then started reading reviews across FB, Yelp, and Google. Narrowed it down to two. On Wednesday, I made the call. 1st Choice was 1st on my list and was also recommended by a friend, so I called them, Hannah answered and listen to me ramble on like a madwoman, she calmly talked me through it and said that she would get the team out there ASAP, which would be tomorrow (Thursday). Greg and Garrett showed up, listened to my findings, and immediately got to work. Found out that it was my furnace. Greg kept me informed, went over my options, and was real with me the entire time. Once a decision was made, he said that Stevi would reach out to me on the next steps, financially. Sure enough I got a text right away, walking me through things, and then stated they had the parts in stock and could have them back out here next day! Talk about relief. Greg showed up with Hunter in the morning and they got to work! Greg went over with me some additional questions that I had, maintenance plans/check up frequency, and reassured me that everything was good to go and any questions, to call. Not once did I ever feel pushed over or targeted because I am a female. 1st choice will literally be my first choice for HVAC from here on out.

New review! Today 1st Choice Heating and Air installed a new air handler fors us. I could not be happier. This is a great company to deal with. Excellent service. Today Greg Harper and Garrett did the install. They were on time, worked hard (no slacking). Very nice people. I have never been dissappointed with service. If you need anything done to your heating or cooling system, these are the people to use. Professional, knowledgeable and just nice. When service was done, they cleaned up area.

Call 1st Choice around 11:00AM this morning...heater would not blow. Mike came right on over. Fixed it. Not a bad charge for the work and parts. Nice guy. Very pleased with the promptness. Will be scheduling our Spring and Fall maintenance for our AC/Heating for 2023 with 1st Choice. Highly recommend.
