We are so thrilled with the professionalism and level of service from Pags Heating and Air technicians! We’ve had two emergencies, and Donna (office manager), expedited both calls to ensure our little one had cool air this past summer (when it was 98 degrees outside) and recently, completed a minor repair to the furnace. Its warm and toasty again thanks to Pags! Thank you for the professional services your staff has always provided. We will continue to rely on your company for future needs.

Upstairs unit needing attention. Just the other day we had Pags H&A to come out to our home to service our non working AC. Thinking our units motor had finally went out because it just shut down and wouldn’t come back on. Come to find out, Phil @ Pags says that our unit switch had burnt out and just needed a new switch. They fixed it and did some testing on the unit. Very affordable and we are happy that our AC is back on. We also took his recommendation for our fall heating maintenance and spring maintenance scheduling to. This company is absolutely awesome. They are very knowledgeable, honest, professionals and I highly recommend their services. Go ahead and give them a try.

We were experiencing problems with our furnace and had two prior companies look at it. Neither one found the problem but Pags did. They replaced our unit and completed the job and inspection in two days. Awesome job and everyone was professional and we felt like they cared about our situation. Awesome group of people.

PAGS Heating and Air came out to our house to clean our ducts and vents recently and WOW! I had NO clue they would ever be that dirty! After completion of the job, we were provided images and videos of the cleaning being done and the after pictures. Amazing to see the difference! A great service provided by informative and friendly workers who care about your well being. Never once felt as if they were taking advantage of us in any way- which is HUGE when you entrusting a company to do a job you know nothing about! Happy to have them out and will using them again for our AC needs!

Honest, knowledgeable, and informative. Pags Heating and Air replaced one of my AC units last year and did a great job. They also recently serviced a 15 year old unit at a townhouse I rent out. My tenant reported the unit wasn't cooling to his expectations. Pags Heating and Air sent someone the next morning, on a Saturday, with a courtesy text message and real-time GPS tracking of the technician. They thoroughly inspected and tested the unit (airflow, temperature split, refrigerant pressures, etc.), and took the time to answer questions and explain the details to me. Another company could have easily tried to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs or replacement. Phil and his team are honest, awesome people.

I had a great experience with my first check up with my A/C unit with Pags Heating & Air last Spring. There was some issues with the townhomes on the right and left of us so Pags came out to ensure that our system was running properly. After a quick diagnostic, they were able to do routine maintenance on our machine to keep it running smoothly. We will definitely use them this Spring for our annual check up!

We cannot recommend Pags highly enough! Friendly, professional, and stick with you until the problem is resolved/the job is done. They do quality work and are straight shooters - when a "fix" can be done with excellence, they educate you on that, which creates trust for those times when only a replacement makes sense. So thankful for a company we can trust!

Pags Heating did a Roto brush cleaning of our duct work yesterday. We are very pleased. Juan was very professional and explained everything he was doing.

They have a camera attached to the brush so he was able to show us how it was cleaning.

Their office called to follow up today to see if we were happy and if we had any questions. Highly recommend this company.
