We have had to gas furnaces installed and now as of this morning two air-conditioning units installed in our home from Pags, and we would never go anywhere else! Pags is honest, upfront, and very professional and caring that is very hard to find these days and we will never go anywhere else for our AC and heating needs.

This company is the greatest. The A/C quit working on a Saturday evening. I called them and they were able to come out right away and fix it. I thought that it was going to cost a pretty penny being after hours and on a weekend but they are very reasonable on their rates and very knowledgeable on their work. I highly recommend them and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know.

Phil and his team did a PHENOMENAL job replacing one of my HVAC units. He came highly recommend from a referral I got and I felt comfortable with Phil from the moment I met him. I shopped around and no one seemed as trustworthy or as eager to earn my business as Phil did. Thanks again for your service!

Prompt service, on time and affordable.

I had them out due to my AC not cooling. The 1st service company I called was pushing to purchase a new unit. Time for a second opinion with that recommendation. Pags diagnosed and corrected the issue (bad motor and capacitor) late on a Friday afternoon and the house was cooling down within 1 to 2 hours of their arrival.

I also had them out a 2nd time for routine service due to a request from a potential purchaser for our home. Same great service and people.

I will use them again.

It was 86 degrees outside and needless to say, it was 98 inside my daughter's mobile home. I wanted to help so bad was so afraid that if I called someone to go out there that I would regret it. So on my lunch break from work, I started looking at companies and trying to decide what to do and all the while I was sitting in my car, it got hotter and hotter and I was imagining what it was at her house. So I called Pags. Just chose them for no apparent reason. Thank the good Lord that I did. Donna was very sweet and professional and took my call and set up for a technician to head over there. Brandon the tech was so nice, polite, and very thorough at tracking down the problem and resolving it. He had the air up and running quickly. He then took the time to call and explain everything. Once he did, I held my breath after asking how much I owed. I was so surprised and very happy that it was really reasonable!! I can't thank this company enough for their help, their expertise and their honesty and for not causing me to take a loan out to pay the repair bill. Thank you so much Pags! PAGS Heating did an amazing job with the install of the HVAC system in my basement. Their service all together was wonderful, from the recommendation to the actual install itself, and the cost for it all was reasonable. I highly recommend them..

I found out that my A/C wasn’t working when I came home the other day around 8pm. Pags Heating & Air was at my house the next morning to fix it! They were extremely nice and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan on using them again if I ever run into another issue.

I am very happy with my new HVAC system. When I requested a quote, Brandon came out and inspected my existing system confirming that it needed replacing but there was no sales pressure. I was quoted a system similar to what I had but at my request moved up to a better model. Phil answered my questions and explained that they could install the top of the line Trane system but the model I was looking at would handle the space just fine.

The installers were quick and efficient. The work was done in a few hours and they didn’t leave a mess.

All in all the team was very professional and courteous. I’ll continue to trust this company for my hvac needs.
