I have nothing but great things to say about Aireserv. They were able to address our A/C needs in a timely manner and replace our A/C system within our work schedule. The guys were respectable when working in our home and made sure to protect our flooring as they worked thoughout the home. The owner Mr. Willie came out and made sure we the customers were happy with the outcome. He's a great guy and take pride in his business as well as making sure the customer is happy with the work.

My outdoor Carrier heat pump started making a lot of noise. I contacted Aire Serv of Hinesville. They promptly sent out a service tech Kenneth Odum who quickly recognized my unit was not 15 years old as I thought, but 27!! He quickly diagnosed the fan motor as the cause of the noise after I showed him a video of it. Naturally, when the tech is standing there, it works just fine @#$!
Any way he had to order the motor because Carrier units won't take a universal motor. Go figure. He checked parts availability and IF it gets here Tuesday, we should have you back up by Friday. Well Sunday it failed completely. The wife and I were braced to go until the following Sunday. Tuesday morning I got a call the part was in and could be installed that same evening! About 6:45pm Mr Odum arrived, by 7:45 mission complete. My 6 cats, wife and I were melting like snow cones in Phoenix and are appreciative of the quick repairs.
And thanks for not trying to sell me a service contract.
Hopefully the timely repairs keep us running a couple more years to save pennys for a replacement unit.

Mr. Willie was extremely processional as were all of the technicians. The entire process was broken down to a level that made it very easy. He helped me find the perfect AC unit. I contacted the company Monday and my new unit was up and running Wednesday. Mr. Willie treated me like family. I will definitely recommend that you use this service for your HVAC needs.

For me is a 5 star rating, I give it a 4 star because the technician that came out first didn't do everything that he was suppose to do. Not only that, but he put freon before even telling me what he was about to do, and if I even approve it. After that, I called them again. Two gentleman's came out, the owner and a maintenance guy. Both very professional. I told the owner what happen, and that the problem still exist. He immediately started to look for the problem with the maintenance guy. They found it and told me what needed to be done in order to fix it. I'm very please with what this two gentleman's did and the outcome of it. They have been the only A/C company that I actually Trust because the result are amazing. Also, I say that I trust them, because over two years ago I had a problem with my a/c and a different company came over and told me that I had to replace everything. I called this company (air serv) to come by and diagnose the problem as a second opinion. The technician that came out that time, he was amazing. While he was conducting his checks, he was also explaining to me what he was doing and why. I told him what the other company told me. Long story short, he save me over 3,000 dollars because the other company wanted to scam me, while airserv went to the point and told me what was going on. This is why I fully trust this company. The only thing I would say is retrain that technician that came out that didnt follow the correct protocol. Other than that. This is an A+ company.

Ask for Mr Ozzie to come out, he's the best, we've had several techs come out and by far Mr ozzie is the best!!! He knows his job, very professional, very respectful, and doesn't mind taking the time to answer any questions we may have. All the staff is great.
