Very professional. Jason stinnett went over my expectations, and I was expecting the best. Very kind and knowledgeable gave me great advice which ultimately resulted in me getting the maintenance subscription for the year. Had Kenny Johnson come in today to do some cleaning on the HVA, even with a trainee he was thorough and quick. I would highly recommend this company and those individuals need raises 💯

Got me in immediately and are following up next day to fix an issue that couldn't be fixed same day. So happy I found them!!

Fantastic experience! Kenny and the gent helping him were super friendly and worked fast. They were even able to make it earlier than the scheduled time. Love that the company sends reminders and even a picture of the person coming.

Service was professional and thorough. Ken and his partner were polite, friendly and efficient. They double-checked everything. Even worked in the rain. Very satisfied.

We have had a few different companies at our house unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend any of them other than 2 and Aire Serv was GREAT very knowledgeable, kind ,friendly respectful and I have a few children and as everyone knows children are very curious and he didn't mind at all and answerd all her questions. Then he told my husband about a great offer they have how they'll come out 2× a year and maintenance our units and not just spray them and wipe them down THEY ACTUALLY CLEAN THEM ALL THE WAY THROUGH a tune up when you do this you get 20% off parts and We would have brought already over everyone except for hospitals of course. The technician that came to my home was named Kenneth. Also they give you a cute lil welcome gift bag 🎒 with a nice water bottle ,pen,card,a nice magnetic clip,the nice bag of course only problem was I have 5 girls who are fighting over the water bottles

Jason came out, he was very professional, friendly, and informative, he let me know what to keep an eye out for. He just an all around good guy. Before he came into our home he put on shoe booties to be considerate of our flooring. *it’s the little things*...Great affordable prices, and they actually do there job. It’s been a challenge finding companies with good customer service that do quality work in Hinesville. I’m glad I found Air Serv, I highly highly recommend them to anyone. We signed up for the maintenance plan, they come out twice a year, once during the cold months and once during the hot season.

Anthony was a consummate professional. He arrived within 30 minutes of my distress call. He was neat and clean in appearance after working all day. He had a pleasant demeanor and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to easily identify and fix the issue and ensures I was clear about the rates. He ensured the system was working properly prior to leaving. I was very impressed with the experience.

My upstairs unit started smoking and Mr.Willie alone with his team were there to make everything right. They came in and accessed the situation, before letting me know that we needed a complete new system. This was I think almost 8 to 10 yrs ago and it's still going strong.

The absolute very best people on this planet work at this place of business ! They helped me when I was in dire need of air conditioning, given my motor had blown in my unit in the attic. I couldn’t afford much at all, and I have 5 dogs and a child to tend to on the daily so I needed help ASAP. The wonderful people at Aire Serve put their heads together and came up with a feasible solution for me in less than 24hrs, came and installed the new motor with no time wasted and now I have been “AC REVIVED” all because they continuously care about their customers. I am beyond grateful for their help and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. Hands down the best. They treated me, a total stranger, like family. And so now they are family.
