I have a 3.0 Bully (3 yro granddaughter) and Jason never ignored her attempts to get a little play time in. He took a moment that made her smile and then explained he had to do some work. She watched him the whole.

Our AC went out on a HOT/HUMID summer day. Got home from work late on a Friday evening and it was almost 90° in the house! Didn't think there was any way we would be able to get someone out there before Monday.

I searched for a "local" AC Company and chose Aire Serv. I am sooo pleased that I did. There first job, responded to my needs, replaced the compressor/coil and thermostat. Recent winds, blown off my top cap on the furnace pipe. Again, they promptly responded, built braces and re-installed it. Friendly and Professional. A+

Christian came out to fix our AC unit. He was very polite and informed us of the problem and fixed it. He did additional checks. When we asked about our ducts and if they do repairs he said yes, he did a quick check under the house and gave us a quote for the work to be completed at another time. This is the best service call we have ever had (we used other local AC repair companies), we highly recommend Airserv and will be a forever customer.

I really like the way these guys have set up their business. I like the communication which is extraordinary. I like that I received my report and invoice by email before Ken left the driveway. I even received a text from them with a photo of who to expect. Very nice

Christian was a wonderful technician. He really went above and beyond to solve our problem. We have an AC unit that is beyond difficult to work with. It is not a straight forward problem by any means. We had 6 techs from 4 different companies out here with quotes, help and repairs. Christian was the first one that instead of getting frustrated or defeated got interested and showed a genuine passion for the job at hand. I couldn't recommend him more. The lady on the phone, I wish I remembered her name, she was super sweet too! We ended up buying their advantage plan for the year round maintenance. My only gripe is with my first tech, he didn't offer the advantage plan and my first repair was cheaper if I had bought it. Also he was kind of a butt, but he could have been having a bad day...happens to the best of us. The company made it right for me. If you hire Aireserv, ask for Christian, best tech by far Cheerful, professional, nice to my kids, good with solving problems! Also I had a major repair on my unit and priced it out with 6 companies quotes cost anywhere from free, $55, $85. The repair itself cost 561 with Airserv and 600-1100 with the other 5. So they ended up being really awesome in value. They were clean too. They wore masks and little booties on their shoes in my house. Super important since I have a baby that crawls on my floors. Anyway, Yes, I recommend them if you're in the Hinesville, Ludowici, etc area.
