Our AC went out late on a Thursday evening and Jason came to the rescue. He was super nice and respectful. He asked before he did anything. Everything was explained in detail to us and we weren’t being sold on a plan before any assessment was even done like a few of the other places we called. It’s much appreciated that our time and money wasn’t wasted and the experience wasn’t turned into a sales pitch. I would definitely recommend this company and their all-star employee Jason.

We had been without AC for 2 days (holiday weekend) and when finally reached our warranty service, the soonest we could get service was 3-4 more days. After sitting in an 87 degree house, my family and I were physically sick and tired, I reached out to Aire Serv. Within an hour, I made a request, spoke to a technician and someone was at my door. Our technician Kenneth O. (Hinesville) was great! Knowledgeable, professional and proficient. He found the problem, explained how it happened and fixed it. 100% the best customer service I have experienced in a while. Thanks Aire Serv.

Anthony K. was fantastic! He was able to come early, replaced the capacitor, checked everything inside and outside, and left all within 20 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend these folks!!

I highly recommend this business!! Anthony was my maintenance technician and I was impressed from the time I seen him. He had shoe booties and a mask on prior to entering my house. Before he started working on anything he first asked general questions and if I had any issues with my units. He was very professional and detailed nothing was rushed and everything he did was explained. Once the maintenance was complete he left a red air serv bag with some disposable masks, pamphlets, hand sanitizer and magnets. This company has gained a forever customer and I truly appreciate people that take pride in their work.

Would highly recommend. We realized our AC was not working on a Friday after 5 when we came home to a 90 degree house. We called them and someone was out in less than an hour and fixed our AC. From the person who answered our call to the gentleman that repaired our AC everyone was so kind and professional.

From the receptionist, Shannon to my technician, Anthony the service was exceptional. They answered all of my million questions and gave me suggestions on how to proceed. Customer service like this is few and far between. Way to go Aire Serv of Hinesville!!

Kenney and Kenneth came out today to replace my air handler entirely after it was diagnosed by a different awesome Air Serv tech last week. Good guys all of them, extremely thorough, on time, polite, and clean. No issues at all and nothing bad to say. Even the lady(ies) answering the phone to schedule everything were very friendly, understanding, accommodating, and polite. The new air handler was installed and all done for a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend them.

Your customer service representative gave my request for service importance and scheduled service for the same day that I called. The repairmen, Ken and Christian, we're extremely courteous and thorough. Although they were unable to immediately repair my HVAC system, they thoroughly explained why and how long it would take for parts to arrive. When they returned to complete the repairs, they were on time and finished up quickly. Again, everything they did and why they did it was explained thoroughly. They left me feeling very confident I could trust them and their work to be superior.

Their service was exceptional. I originally called another company who came out and couldn’t fix the AC for three days because it went out on a Sunday prior to a federal Holiday. I called airserve and they came out and fixed the AC within an hour of arriving on my property. I recommend them.
