I had to call on a Sunday for service. They scored up within an hour and was able to fix my problem quickly. The technician explained what had happened and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. He also suggested other things I may want to do to help keep my system running, but at no time pressured me into extra services. The price was extremely reasonable, especially for it being the weekend.

Jason came out at midnight and was very cheerful. He treated this call as a normal call and acted as if the time didnt bother him. He assured me I would have air before he left. He fixed the problem and was very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIR SERV OF HINESVILLE.

I am not here to bash the company but I just want to know if am the only person that is having this issue with this company. This company have never been to my house to fix an issue and not have to come back (the very next day) to fix the same issue or a new issue that they create. First was a Freon leak. I was oversea and my wife told be they came fix the problem and left. I told her they are going to come back cause that is just too quick for a leak. The very next day they were there to fix again. I was told it’s a new leak in another location. (What are the odds?). Next my TXV went out by the time they order it and install it and turn the unit on the compressor was out.(what are the odds) The owner just said we got a bad unit and he is sorry. Final straw came when we got there service package. My wife had to call to remind them, they apologized and said they over look is and a tech would be out. Tech did his service (just service) by the time he left same night there was a burning smell coming from unit. I might just have a bad unit but I am going to take my little business elsewhere.

This company will definitely be our go to from this day forward!!! Our furnace drain has been flooding on and off for over two months; and 4 visits from another company later we were still having issues, but just had less money in our bank accounts. Called AirServ after it flooded for several hours without stopping and immediately got a call back from their technician, Christian, to schedule an emergency appointment for the early morning. Within two minutes, he found that our pipe had blown up underneath our home right near the drain site. 4 visits from different AC technicians and he was the first one who checked the drain site outside of the home!! An hour later, and we have a brand new pipe under our house and were only quoted half the price of what the other company had quoted us for bogus repairs that never solved the issue. After three months of stress, we can actually sleep through the night without having to get up every few hours to check if our drain was flooding. This company and Christian are life savers!!!!

Ken and Jason are terrific A/C Techs they serviced the calls and handled everything quickly. Also a big shot out to the Charlie to the Angels Ms. Nisha she answered my calls and sent them out great job Air serv. Thanks Sincerely Mark Mosely (The People's Champ)

The technician Anthony arrived on time and performed HVAC maintenance as requested. I also was informed that they do routine maintenance every six months so I opted to purchase that instead of the special online.

I was having an issue with my Air Conditioner motor, I spoke with the manager who agreed he could get it as fast as he could and install it in a couple of day. Great people I will use them in the future even though I did not now due to another company having the motor right away. I have heard nothing but good about them.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and service was great. Will definitely use this company in the foreseeable future from my HVAC needs.

Care for their customers like they are their own family. Personal customer care. In depth explanation of what went on, pointers & advice. Great techs! Highly recommend for your heating & air needs. Speedy on fixing anything that is wrong.
