They came within an hour of us calling- Anthony was very helpful and informative. He fixed our heating issue and offered reasonably priced options to repair the issues. I’ll always use them for our HVAC needs!

Christian was an outstanding HVAC Technician. We were having issues with our A/C Unit for over 6 Months with multiple Technicians from other local A/C Companies coming out without fixing the problem. Christian came out and almost instantly knew what the issue was. He did an excellent job fixing our problem! Thank you so much, Christian!

I called and got a very pleasant receptionist. I told her my air went out. She asked me a couple of questions and stated she would dispatch one of the trucks to come by and and check it out for me. He got their quick and took a look and found the problem right away. He had the part and fixed it and my air was working. The service was great. I will call again when I need Aire Serv. I have never experienced a business that bends over backward to help you like Aire Serv of Hinesville. They even throw an appreciation picnic for it's customers. The receptionist, Shannon, and the owner, Mr. Willie, are very friendly and personable. Air Serv keeps their prices reasonable and are immediate in their service. You can't go wrong with them. I highly recommend them for any heating or air needs you have.

Anthony arrived right on time for a 6 month check of my unit. I just moved in and the unit had not been maintained. He spent two hours checking every detail of the unit, cleaning it, and replacing parts as necessary. He was very professional, friendly, and patiently explained everything to me.

Amazing service, got a call when tech was on his way, tech arrived and put shoe booties on to protect my carpet and got my duct work better than it has ever been before. He also cleaned my system Very thouroughly. And install an air purifier that will last for 10 years with no maintenance! Highly recommend, you won't find anyone more proffessional and honest than these guys, Office lady is super sweet toooo.

Late on a hot summer Friday, the tech, Bryan, showed up within the hour. He immediately fixed the initial issue with the AC. When discovered there was an additional problem, Bryan immediately returned and worked until almost midnight to insure we had cool air that same night. Polite & very professional. AirServ is the best!!!!

Christian was my tech and he was very professional, very knowledgeable. Definitely went above and beyond on my emergency service call.

Since the emergency call Mr Willie and his whole team have been just wonderful. From the ladies I talked to on the phone (beautiful phone etiquette), to the techs (ken and the new guy...lol). They were early for the call, they ran into an issue, the coil didn’t fit up the attic stairs (pull down). They could have easily said they would be back after they get someone else to take the steps down to fit the coil up. But they didn’t, they ran back and got the tools, and came back. My kids and I stayed in a hotel for almost a week, I know that aire serv did their very best to get us back into our home. Mr Willie even went to get the part they needed himself. I truly believe they cared that my family was staying in a hotel and wanted us to be in our now cooled home.

Aire Serv was the only business that called me back for the emergency call, when my 3 year old grand baby, 6 yr old and 7 year old sons, and 13 year old daughter were in a 90 degree home with 77% humidity according to our thermostat, and I called every a/c business that popped up on google that said they were 24/7.

They have my family’s business for the rest of our time we reside in our home.

We desire nothing less than quality service, especially when making such a major purchase as an AC. From the initial contact, to the consultation, through the installation process, and beyond, the staff of Aire Serv provided exceptional service. The staff is highly knowledgeable and took the time to educate us about our new AC units. They also took extra steps to show that they respected our home: covered their feet, laid down tarp, and CLEANED any trace of debris they may have dropped. Willie, Adrian, Jevon, Terry and Cheyenne made an inconvenience more tolerable because of their five-star customer service. Thank you!!!
