Joe and his company, ACE Pro Heating & Air, is simply the best around for HVAC services. He has serviced our home for the past 12 years or more, and is always more than fair on his prices -- whether he is replacing the entire system, servicing an existing unit, replacing a part, or just conducting a check-up. He and his entire team are extremely professional, hard-working, knowledgeable tradesmen. His work is impeccable, and he has built a brand that speaks for itself. Unlike other companies, he will make time for an emergency call in the middle of this South Georgia summer because he cares about his customers and the community that supports his business. This is one of the few small businesses in Hinesville that operates with INTEGRITY 100% of the time. He will treat you the same whether you are known in the community or new to the community, and that is what we love the most about Joe and the ACE Pro team.

Wonderful company! ACE Pro updated my complete HVAC system at a reasonable price. They come out twice a year for summer and winter inspections (i.e. flushing lines, cleaning ducts, inspecting filters, etc). I like the idea of ACE Pro maintaining equipment they installed and helping control harmful bacterial growth in the duct system. They are always professional and provide me with great customer service.

The coldest day of the year and this company was at my door at 9am. Jose was fantastic and super nice. Explained numerous issues that my unit had and was very helpful. Jose pointed out the other services they provide, which I loved.

I called for an emergency, that my parents' AC unit was not working. Jose came within an hour, and worked hard to ensure he gave us the right information, and worked to get our problem solved and my parents' unit repaired! I didn't want to go back home and leave my parents in a hot house, and Jose ensured it would be solved. Thank you for the professionalism and speedy help that other companies would not provide!

I had a whole unit put in and I tell you what ACE PRO did an outstanding job! Best customer service and Jose thoroughly walked us through everything, very pleased with everything. I did my research before calling them up and I'm glad I did because they are the best in the business!

These guys are amazing. I called to tell them about my unit, they said they could be at my place in an hour and knocked on my door less than a half hour after I hung up. The man was very curteous and proffesional and worked very quick to get cold air back in the house. He answered every question I had for him and gave me alot of great advice. I would strongly recommend this company and plan to use them for now on.
