Jeremy is awesome upgrading our A/C up to code & installing a UV light! Our A/C is ready for these long hot summers and we're breathing cleaner air. Mikel did a great job cleaning the husky hair out of the ducts and gave me tips to keep them clean longer. 👌

Mr Resto did an outstanding job. He was frustrated at times because his vacuum machine was not functioning properly and kept shutting off as he attempted to do his job. I think he showed remarkable patience and most definitely deserves that lunch 😁

There was a mix up with the initial scheduling of my appointment, but that was quickly resolved. However, I decided to put down a substantial down payment on my service. I was told that all forms of payment were accepted, so I took out some cash for part of the payment. However, at the time of the service, I was told that cash was not accepted, so that is slightly frustrating. I just think that in the future, customers should be told that cash is not accepted before the service is done. However, everyone that I spoke with was very nice and helpful.

Brylen Watrous and his coworker repaired a water leak for us. They were super friendly and professional, as well as prompt. They worked quickly to get the job completed. They had previously repaired a pipe under our kitchen sink too. What a great team!
