The service technician, Mr. Quinton Smith, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He provided helpful information about the system operational checks that were performed as well as the necessity for regular maintenance.

Great experience! Interacted with 5 employees (answering service, house visit to assess problem, sale person, and 2 technicians to install new heat and AC systems) in 2 days. All were courteous and helpful. The 4 who came to the house arrived with covers for they shoes, were personable, helpful, professional, efficient, and on time. The first explained well the problem, provided options and quickly referred me to a sales person when I decided to replace. The sales person explained my options, didn’t rush me. The installation was a hard job in a low crawl space on a cold day. Jose was under all day and never stopped until all done. He left the place cleaned up and took the time to explain and show me what he did. His co-worker worked on changing the AC unit outside by my deck. He took the time to install it straight, neatly tie wires, ensured there are no holes through which a little critter could climb in my crawl space. I appreciate the attention to details. The thermostat is installed straight and the breakers for the systems are now identified. All employees looked happy in their job and spoke positively about the company. That says a lot! I felt like all, from the person who answered the phone to Jose’s team were really working together to make sure I was happy. It reminded me of a family business. I appreciated receiving the info about who was coming with a picture. I live alone, it was reassuring. I already recommended the company to a friend!

William did a great job. He was thorough in explaining everything to me that I needed to do going forward. He was kind and professional!

Jason Bush showed up on time, quickly internalized the problem description, and went about troubleshooting the situation. He provided progress reports as he went through the various suspected failure points and within an hour had identified the culprit and had my system restored.

Mikel is the man! Super down to earth, turned on some good music, and my dog was cool with him. They say dogs can sense good spirits! House smells better already after having our ducts cleaned! Thanks Mikel!

Marc Perry installed a whole home surge protection device to our electric panel, bring it up to code. He was excellent on his skill set, and very informative about the work, warranty, etc. Great experience!

I worked with Jason Skinner not only is he knowledgeable but he is patient and very good at his job. I had to have my whole plumbing system redone and he made sure I knew what was needed to fix my issue and why.
