Assured has always been responsive and professional. They help us stay on track with our HVAC service and I like that they added plumbing service. Their membership program is a great value!

Johnnie Curry was amazing, very honest and provided great service. He is a winner, this company is very lucky to have an amazing technician.

We had a pipe burst that killed our furnace under the house. Assured came out and did a great job. Once we were ready for the job they came in and replaced the whole system in a day. Great work and nice people.

Michael replaced the whole installation and added cement around the pipe for better support. No more leaky hose.

Scott was thorough, friendly and professional. He got the job done and even cleaned up behind himself. A pleasure to do business with.

Mikel was very professional. He answered any questions we had, with full knowledge of the service he was giving. He made sure we were satisfied and he cleaned up any mess that was made. Great job!

Our air conditioner had stopped cooling. Jacob Shipp came and diagnosed the problem and offered different solutions. We chose the one that fitted our need and he repaired our issue. Mr Shipp was very professional and knowledgeable.

Brandon Allen were very professional and patient with all of my questions. He were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Breylen Watrous n Seth are dynamic duos when it comes to plumbing issues and R & I a new hot water heater. I will say it again with a different service ... They are steadfast at working until the job is done, takes pride in what they do. Impressive team at working incredibly well together! Top of the line servicemen. Assured is very blessed to have these guys!!! I also want to give a shout out for Destiny in customer service. I've had huge unforseen plumbing problems past weeks. Her customer service was exceptional in doing what she said she was going to do with a quick response time. She was very kind, helpful, & understanding!!
