I can not say enough good things about this company!! If you need bi-yearly maintenance, an issue repaired or even a new HVAC unit, I would STRONGLY suggest you give Assured Comfort Heating, Air and Plumbing a call!!!! I am so grateful that I did.

Thank you Jacob and Johnnie for fixing my HVAC! I was not getting good air flow in my vents in the back of my home (bedroom). Jacob came out to diagnose the issue and made sure I was on the priority list. Johnnie came out today to crawl in the attic to fix my ventilation/air flow. Johnnie was personable, very professional and made sure that my air was working correctly before he left. Both of these guys are a big asset to Assured Comfort.

AC quit working. Julian was tech that came out. Was very professional, was clear on issues and options, and was knowledgeable about pricing and recommendations. Recommended that I replace the unit , because of the age of it.

Thank you Brandon ! Arrived earlier in the window given and was able to diagnose & repair the problem in under 30 minutes. So happy to have cold A/C blowing again ‼️

Lawrence Crawford does such a great job every time he has to service my unit. He's very thorough and always explain what he is doing. I admire this young man and I'm very pleased with his work. He is the only one I want to see!

The two guys did a fantastic job installing my HVAC system. I live in a high-rise condo, so they really had to work hard to get the unit in the small space, but they did it… not to mention, the compressor is on the roof.
They worked very hard and they were very knowledgeable, professional & friendly.

Brandon at Assured Comfort went above and beyond today. We have a newer unit and have tried multiple things to stop this nagging metal clanging sound. He contacted the manufacturer, worked with their tech support to help find a solution and will hopefully solve the problem. We’ve always had a band-aid fix before but he really wanted to get to the bottom of this and resolve it for us. Highly recommend!

Brandon Allen and Tomas were on time and friendly. They both gave great advice regarding replacing my old unit. The install is scheduled for next week!

My tech, Johnnie, was amazing. He is passionate and knowledgeable about his profession. He took the time to explain and show me everything. It’s was better than good customer service. I felt like he cared about me as a person.
Everyone I’ve come into contact with at this company has been great!

Want to thank Jose Resto and Andrew for the new system install. Both did a fantastic job and were very knowledgeable. Also took time to answer questions and make adjustments to individual vents. Would highly recommend!!
