Have been Assured Comfort customers since we bought our home. Have replaced AC and furnace units over the years as well as countless maintenance appointments and repairs. Excellent company. Jacob was very patient with explaining everything...more than once:-) Great company and we've recommended them more than once.

Julian was very good and very polite. He took his time and checked everything. We have used Assured Comfort for years and have always felt comfortable with anyone they sent to us and Julian was no exception. He was lovely and knowledgeable.

The technician that made the service call, Julian, was determined to repair our air conditioning system that broke during very warm weather. It took several hours to that day to figure out the failing part that had to be specially ordered. He returned as soon as he could and fixed the system that was under warranty at no cost.
