Johnnie is the man! Went above and beyond to explain our issue to my wife and I and get us back up and running. We’re signing up for the maint plan as well as we want Johnnie to continue coming. Instantly trustworthy, and felt at ease with him. Like I said Johnnie is the man!

My service tech was Wilson Serrano. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He provided information regarding my HVAC system and explained how the system as a whole works. He was extremely professional and got the job done in a reasonable time despite inclement weather.

Jason was very friendly, professional and on time. I liked that he explained and showed me what the problem was and had it fixed in a timely manner. I would use Assured plumbing again if need be, I also would recommend to family and friends.

Had a few issues w our plumbing system to look at. One was fixed easily and quickly same day and for the other they suggested using a camera to diagnose a sewer issue. They were able to spot a big problem before massive damaged caused. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and even got back out their camera to snap a picture.
