I signed up for the yearly maintenance program, and they had a technician come out the following day to do an inspection. Brandon Dowda was not only EARLY!!! But was thorough, courteous, and explained his findings and their urgency or notation they needed to look at it in the future as one part wasn't bad "yet". I appreciate his honesty and trust this company when I do need to have work done (hopefully not soon haha!)

Brandon was professional and knowledgeable about his job. Also, it was clear he loves what he does. The HVAC company that installed my unit, did a poor job and Brandon, found the errors and worked on correcting it. Thanks Brandon for a job well done.

We have used Assured Comfort 3 times now & all 3 times have been great. One was an emergency (no heat on Christmas Day, then routine A/C maintenance, & now duct cleaning plus we enrolled in the 2 for 3 yearly maintenance plan). All three service technicians have been professional, courteous, & explained what needed to be done & completed their jobs in timely fashion. A great company with outstanding employees. Definitely recommend them.

I am very pleased with my experience with Assured Comfort Heating, Air, Plumbing. I received a reminder text of my appointment. I also received a call and a text for the technician, Jeremy Powell letting me know his ETA. The text had a link I could use to see real time his route to me and the time/miles until he arrived. Jeremy was very courteous and thorough explaining what items he recommended. He advised I did not need to decide right then so I liked the no-pressure approach. I highly recommend this company and Jeremy Powell deserves a steak lunch! 🙂

Julian was informative and within 30 minutes had the capacitor switched out and cool air flowing. He even helped me save some money on the repair.They went above and beyond to fit me in to begin with. I wished I had called them earlier. Will be my go to for any and all HVAC issues. Highly recommend.

The part that was ordered arrived early and they were able to change the appointment to accommodate me. Core Williams was prompt, professional and thorough in his explanation of services. He explained the work to be done and completed everything in a timely manner. He also provided an estimate for a code violation.

Cory Hall is an excellent AC unit specialist. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. He well deserves a free lunch!
