I have had a maintenance contract with Empire for years and when it was finally time to replace my old unit the team was very quick to respond and make sure the installation of the new unit went smoothly. Amir and his team were kind, professional, knowledgeable and make sure things were fully operational before they left. I’ve always been happy with the service from Empire.

Mike (Tech) showed up on time and got to work inspecting our furnaces. He explained a lot about how our systems functioned and answered all my questions. He explained the charges for the work I had scheduled and compared them to an annual service plan without trying too hard to sell the latter. He gave me options on the small bit of repair work we need, again without pushing too hard. Mike was easy to speak with and worked to make sure I was satisfied before he left. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. Although this was just a routine inspection type visit (our first in a few years), it went well and I will not hesitate to use Empire again.

Once again Empire has provided us with great service. Senior Service Tech Ken Kolar came out to check out our old furnace that had stopped working. We have been contemplating a new system for a while. He did manage to get our dinosaur running but he was very helpful in guiding us toward a new system. This is a part of a years long understanding that we needed to upgrade. Ken’s experience is reassuring and his easy-going manner with me made him a pleasure to work with.

I've always been happy with the service I've gotten from Empire. The time finally came to replace our 19 year old furnace and Amir came out with Zack and Ozzy to do the job. They got the job done quickly and were very friendly. Also, my 3-year-old really wanted to show them his "tools" and they were really nice to him and encouraging.

I have been very happy with Empire since I started using them when I bought my house. Their workmen have been pleasant, professional and knowledgeable in their jobs. For my latest maintenance visit, Joseph arrived on time though I was running late and had just mopped the floor. He voluntarily put on booties and proceeded to do the maintenance on the unit. When I asked how dirty was the old filter he went back out to the van and brought it to me so I could see it. I needed to know how dirty it was and whether I needed to increase the frequency on changes. Seeing the filter was a big help. The previous owner used Empire and I am glad I have been using them too.

I've used Empire for nearly a decade.
My experience has been consistently positive over the years, which is pretty amazing all by itself. The individual who arranges appointments has a great customer service attitude & the guys who come to maintain, fix or replace my HVAC system have been professional, knowledgeable, and in most cases very efficient in getting the work done. It's a solid company with good people - 5 stars from my point of view!

Ken Kolar is an excellent professional. If you are looking for a heating and cooling expert with a great sense of accuracy, professionalism, cultural diversity, fair billing, and customer-client relations, Ken is the go-to-person. During the ongoing pandemic, I engaged him to replace my thermostat in my house - a very old house with multiple complications. Ken displayed unique accuracy and professionalism in getting around the complications by carefully running the right cable wires for the new device. Apart from the fact that Ken is an excellent communicator, he did not waste my time. The device has been working excellently on my phone and that of my wife. His fee was fair. Ken is a great asset for Empire.

Had a new furnace and AC unit put in 9/18 and wanted to wait until I received my first electric bill before writing a review. I received the bill today and it's half what it has been for months! I would have been happy with 1/4 but half.... Thanks Empire, I love the unit, your installers were great and my power bills are perfect. Bravo

Had to update my review, after several issues with the AC unit that were all manufacturer related Empire replaced my entire unit! While American Standard has a "3 things must go wrong" policy Empire has a "we will make our customers happy no matter what policy" and they have succeeded. Empire operates their company like they are doing business with their friends. From management to every single tech the "take care of the customer" attitude of this company cannot be beat. I recommend this company above all others in the Atlanta area. If you don't do business with Empire then you have made a mistake.
