I have dealt with Empire for a few years and they have always provided good service and their technicians are very good. But today, I got Great service from Joseph Dorsey at Empire. He is very knowledgeable, patient and extremely pleasant to deal with. He almost made it easy for me to let go of my money! :-)

Started with a super nice and friendly call with Courtney. She was able to work with me into the schedule within 2 hours ( I got lucky). Tech came was friendly and professional. I was only charged the service fee.
Very Satisfied.

We’ve been using Empire for over a year to service our heating and cooling system. They do a great job with routine maintenance to keep everything running properly. They’re almost always available same day and are punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. During this last visit, our technician Ken was able to diagnose and permanently fix a repeated problem with our furnace. On the rare occasion that a problem recurs Empire has honored the warranty on their work, which we always appreciate.

I had a great experience with Empire today, the tech was punctual and prepared. The tech was very knowledgeable about the companies products and costs, he also gave good information about my aging system. The tech also checked their system to see that I'd previously spoken to one of the sales reps. and was able to send a copy of the prior quote. Great service today. I would recommend Empire.

I have been using this company for over a decade. They installed my HVAC system back in 2011 and it still runs great. Empire does all the maintenance and repairs. Lastly, if Chris still working there, he was the best salesperson and was very honest and gave a competitive pricing for installation.

I had a heating emergency & they put me on a work-in for that day.
The office called to let me know they were on the way and should arrive between 3:30 & 4::00. The technician arrived right at 3:30, listened to the problem & immediately went in search of a solution..
Within an hour he had located the problem & corrected it. I'm 71 years old with heart problems and diabetes; I've had several problems around my house recently and this is the only thing that went smoothly and quickly. He was also extremely kind and made sure I understood what had happened and what repair work he did. Thank you Travis.

I had the pleasure to met Ken as he did some work on my home. He was completely professional, respectful and even was nice to my dog- who couldn’t stop sniffing him! I would recommend Ken, ask for him, you can tell by his professionalism and experience that he has years in the business and knows exactly what he is doing. Completely trustworthy- my husband agrees as well. Ken was also very funny- a great experience overall!! Thanks Ken!!!

Joseph was an amazing technician and overall great person. He took the time to do a thorough inspection of our 3 units and explained everything to me in detail - yet in a way I could understand. He gave great recommendations and was extremely helpful. We have had great service for years with Empire, but today's visit was by far the best. Highly recommend.

Empire scheduled me quickly when I had an issue with my HVAC, and being on the maintenance plan saved me money when it needed a significant repair. But even more impressive is how helpful their office staff is (Samantha not only confirmed our part was under warranty but also worked to fit me in so we didn't have to go days without AC) and how competent and knowledgeable their repair people are (Keith explained everything to me and did everything he could to make our repair as economical as possible). We are so pleased with this company!
